Once again there is the debate being discussed about the need to reduce the African population, a debate that has been there since the beginning of colonialism. Why would one suggest that there are too many blacks as the recent program on BBC radio suggested appropriately entitled "Should Africans have fewer babies?"

One starts of life innocent and then see the reality with time, Africans place according to a doctrine that suggests there are too many blacks is to be thought for by whites, with whites saying give us resources.

The question of too many blacks does not bother China, India, Japan, Vietnam, or Brazil for instance, it bothers the western intellectuall, a question driven by fear, fear for the same reason why one can not find a chocolate bar in Canada, USA, France made in Ivory Coast. Equality Before the Law is a Must for Freedom

Freedom is the eternal yearning of most human beings. Over the millennia humans have fought for freedom, usually both sides claiming they are fighting for freedom. Impressive as the revolutions that changed the key political players in Tunisia and Egypt are, will the end result be freedom. Billions around the world have taken heart these dramatic changes, will the result in the long term inspire billions around the world. One should not beat about the bush, a key component of freedom is equality before the law.

Equality before the law ensures for a similar transgression of the law, the president’s son will be equally punished as the unfortunate homeless man. If the homeless man commits murder and gets a sentence of life imprisonment, the president’s son must also receive a sentence of life imprisonment for the same offense.

Equality before the law must also ensure and guarantee equal rights. Equal rights simply are what one citizen can do, another citizen can do. For example, if citizen A can open a casino, then the law must guarantee that same right to citizen B to operate a casino if they have equal rights. A casino is just a gambling establishment. One can purchase a deck of cards and find a shack and they have their own gambling establishment. You do not need tens of millions of dollars to have a gambling establishment. With enough work the shack can grow into a fancy casino, who knows, what is important is that the law is treating all citizens equally.

Another example, take banking, what is a bank? It is merely a place where one deposits money and collects it at a later date. Do you need a 50 storey skyscraper to say that is a bank, no, you need a safe and entrepreneurial spirit. Once you have laws like you need $20 million to open a bank, be sure that society does not believe in equality before the law, such a law cannot spring up where there is freedom, there is no excuse to chip away at peoples freedom, the usual excuse is to claim protection of society. In reality it is not society that is being protected but a few whose needs are be taken over the needs of the many that equality before the law ensures.

Any business is treated the same under equality before the law. If one citizen can start a particular business, in a society where there is freedom, any other citizen no matter of race, ethnicity, religion, or class can involve themselves in that business, the people will decide with who they want to do business with. A line connecting your cousin and his friend is a phone company, if you do not want to work for a phone company, use your knowledge and business acumen to start your own.

Note that manufacturing companies are not as highly regulated as say a casino or a bank, the reason being simple, elites know that it only takes a safe to start a bank, but the cost of starting a manufacturing concern usually requires huge capital up front. If the bank does not like you, usually because of race, ethnicity, or class, you will not get a loan.

Equality before the law ensures that those with qualifications, no matter where they got those qualifications can practise their profession and their customers will be satisfied or not. If qualifications are from another society, freedom will ensure that they can prove themselves quickly by writing exams similar to those written in the society. When medical doctors drive taxis, that society cannot claim to believe in freedom, it would be telling lies, that society loathes equality before the law.

If equality before the law is not guaranteed by a respected constitution, then one in the long run is inviting special interest groups to take hold of that society from both the left and the right. Those on the right having more money to fill the pockets of the politicians, those on the left sometimes able to amass enough numbers to change laws. Overtime, the system becomes clogged and special interest groups become entrenched as in the USA, corporations end up having more rights than human beings. A society that recognises the humanity of all beings believes in freedom and equality before the law.

Equality before the law recognizes that all have something to contribute to society and they must not be hindered. Humans must choose how best to contribute to society. Such a law ensures humans use what the know to survive, the right to use their knowledge and their judgement. The knowledge base will grow at a faster rate as obstacles to the mind are removed.

Egypt is an important country, the direction that 80 million people take will be judged by the world, especially the more oppressed peoples of the world, peoples in countries like Burma, Zimbabwe, Peru, Nigeria, indeed Canada, Sweden, Portugal, every corner where equality before the law is subverted for special interests will watch what happens in Egypt. 80 million free people can generate a lot of wealth if they are allowed to use whatever knowledge in their possession, an economic miracle will no doubt take place. To believe in freedom is to believe in the people, to control them is to despise them.

I remember when this man took power in Syria back in 2000, I really thought here is a new beginning, surely this man understands the world, surely Syria will now be an economic miracle, very easy to do, let the people do. He did not understand. But many times we are disappointed when people take power with great promises, remember Mswati of Swaziland, what a disgrace, Joseph Kabila of DRC.

That is why we need equality before the law, another human can not do it for you, you have to do it for yourself. You are young you have the army behind you, how difficult can it be to make sweeping reforms, give people equality and let them do, let them create. Gaddafi, Mubarak one can forgive, they come from a different time, but Mswati, Joseph Kabila, and Bashar al-Assad. How do you forgive them, they should know better.

Fear of Knowledge Leads to Oppression

Truly Great thinkers throughout the ages have argued for freedom, for liberty, rather than justify a ruling class, or change the way an elite behaves, they have argued for freedom, limited governments, and free exchange of ideas and goods.

The movement in this direction began in the West with the economist/ philosophers Francois Quesnay and improved upon by Adam Smith. Their works were later fully established by Ludwig von Misses and Frederick Hayek. These economists all understood that it is the free interaction of people that allows society to progress. The free interaction of people does not just include the exchange of goods and services, but the exchange of ideas, scientific knowledge, and political speech.

Two millennia before Adam Smith and Quesnay, in China there was a philosopher known as Lao Tzu, probably the first human to postulate that governments should be as small as possible, a quote from his famous works Tao Te Ching, “it is always through not meddling that the empire is won.” The Chinese only learnt recently of the truth of these words and allowed economic freedom, and just like that there is a boom. To those who feel bothered that Lao Tzu was the first to stipulate small governments, this article is for you, because you dread knowledge, thereby fearing humanity and freedom.

Central to the concept of freedom is the concept of equality before the law. Equality before the law means everybody gets equal protection from the government. In an economic sense, this means that whatever A can do, given the same resource B can do it. If B cannot do it because of the law, that means B is not receiving equal protection from the law, the law is biased towards A. For there to be fair competition in an economic, even political sense, the law cannot protect one over the other, anything else is not equality before the law. The minute one understands this they will see how unequal the law is in almost every society in the world, why is A allowed to own a casino and not B if they are equal before the law. Where there is true justice, if B fails to get a casino license and there is a law stipulating equality before the law, B should win, think about it. Governments to go around the concept of equality before the law always state they are protecting people therefore some must be more equal than others.

Central to these philosophers of the past was smaller governments, why? Governments are run by human beings, these human beings have friends, have interests, the larger the government, the larger the interests, and more friends the government will have. It is natural to help a friend. Big governments will have more interests to protect. It is best the government is small and keeps out of the way of the people, the general citizenry who are not in government and have no government protection. Friends of the government will be treated more equally than those who have no connections in government.

Having laid down the basic concept of freedom, what is it we use to create goods and services. We use knowledge to create goods and services, all human progress has come through the actions of the human mind. Knowledge shapes our modes of life as well as mode of thinking. Space is vast, but we once thought above the clouds was the home of the gods. Motion is relative, time itself moves differently in different societies, faster in undeveloped countries, hence progress seems to be slow, and slower in developed countries, hence more work is done. More work done in terms of knowledge and creating goods and services. Hence there are taboos in less developed countries that have long been found to be nonsense in developed countries. The more taboos, the less knowledge will sink in as a culture because people will be afraid of seeking out knowledge that might contradict those taboos.

Being afraid of taboos rises to oppression, and a society must make sure there are laws protecting those taboos. Hence people like the 18th century philosopher Kant argued that religion should be a private affair, the taboos in religion will hinder the progress of a society. Those who fear taboos will have to oppress people who have different views solely in order to preserve their power, yet most scriptures themselves say people are given a choice, why force the choice upon them.

Talking of taboos we can see now how oppression comes about and why the laws will not have equality, fear of knowledge. This group that fears taboos are against what they would consider chaos developing in society, they strictly want to protect their positions. This class has changed from the religious/ aristocratic link to the academic/ business link. However both use the same argument, and both fear knowledge equally for the same reason. They are what can be considered conservatives broadly speaking in a contemporary sense.

The religious/ aristocratic link said all knowledge comes from them, they have been chosen by some higher being or beings to receive knowledge and control society, thereby justifying they having more rights than the serfs, slaves who they ruled. Europe went through much bloodbath for this class to protect itself, any view different from them was written into law as heresy. Scientists were oppressed for having different views that went against the religious doctrine, as the justification for their power was the religious doctrine. Europe stagnated for over a thousand years, the dark ages.

Today’s link is the academic/ business link, these are the modern conservatives. They use academics to justify there not being competition in society, there will be chaos if more competition, there will be chaos if there is no bailout, others are genetically pre dispossessed to have knowledge as compared to others, in this university 2 + 2 = 4 is better than 2 + 2 = 4 from that university. Therefore business, the modern aristocracy uses academics, the modern priests to justify there not being competition. The modern priests fear any truth from anybody they consider an outsider, any new discovery that comes from an outsider is frowned upon, and they try to hide it and block it by any means they can. They have to do this to preserve the mantra that knowledge can only come from them; hence one can only learn from them and be chosen by them to do things. They fear equality before the law because you will not need their permission to start a casino, they will no longer be able to claim we taught him/ her. Nobody can just start their own investment advisory, they want to say we taught him/ her. Incidentally, the academics act liberal but are very much conservative as they believe all source of knowledge comes from them, bestowed upon them by going to an institution that teaches the same knowledge but the bricks and mortar at those particular institutions has special vibrations.

The conservatives, those considering themselves on the right fear knowledge because if it can come from anybody then their elite positions in society are challenged, they fear knowledge because of their greed. They will never believe in equality before the law, they believe in bailouts for themselves as they have the special talents to make money in good times, something that anybody can do by just advising people to put their money in a Dow Jones Index fund or Shanghai Composite index. The conservatives just want to make money and justify that means by using the modern priests, who if agreeing with them, shower them with money. And business returns the favour by refusing to accept knowledge can come from anybody else besides their teachers, if it comes from somebody else you just take it without acknowledging it.

The left fears knowledge for completely different reasons, the modern academic is not part of this group, they protect their interests by acting conservative, that best knowledge stems from them. The left fears knowledge because they lack confidence in themselves. They do not believe if there was equality before the law they will have anything worthwhile to contribute to society. They fear those they consider better than them, they fear that others have better knowledge than them, hence they fear to be free, and politicians take advantage of this by promising a more fair society, and the first thing they do is get rid of the concept of equality before the law, you will need special dispensation from them to use your knowledge, if you adhere to their principles, just as conservatives behave.

Fearing those with what they consider have better knowledge, the left is not driven by greed per se, but by envy, why did he discover that, that is not fair, why is he better than us, we are all the same, his work was stolen, good, that will keep him in his place why rise above the rest of us. Therefore whilst the right leaning parties use greed to fight knowledge, the left uses envy, both equally destructive emotions. At the back of the mind of so called left leaning parties is a time when we where all cave men and had no possessions and lived for 30 years, having lived brutal lives against the elements. The left envies those who allow society to progress, yet the leaders on the left themselves always have money but need to keep their people all poor, they need to keep the people in a state of lack of confidence by taking away from them the desire to be and letting state take care of it all.

Envy and greed produce an intense fear that one finds joy in the suffering of others, because to them that is justice that the mind is a worthless tool, and anybody using the mind must be feared because they are different, how comes I cannot think of that but I have a PhD from Harvard, that is just wrong and not fair, you mean I wasted my time at Harvard, anybody can gather knowledge, even on a mountain top one can discover the laws of existence, people will not pay me what the media promised I will get if knowledge exists for all who want it. But is better to get institutional education at one point, you can see human behaviour.

Do not fear knowledge, be you on the right or left. Those on the right have to stop being greedy, stop shouting you believe in equality before the law yet you never implement it. Those on the left, stop demanding for equality before the law if you fear so much that others are better than you and will progress. Both left and right should demand equality before the law rather than use it as a slogan, get rid of your greed and envy. The minute you say greed is a good thing, you will corrupt the government to serve your needs, to give you bailouts. Envy will corrupt governments to hide that others can discover new things, though both left and right have a degree of both envy and greed.

It is hoped that in Egypt, Tunisia, and in the future, Africa, well truth be, let us hope the world respects the concept of equality before the law, this will lead to a more productive world, a world were people do not fear knowledge and where it comes from, and where people will not fear new knowledge, no matter who discovered this new knowledge.

Fear of knowledge will always lead to oppression, as we move towards being one human race, to a golden age of humanity we must accept knowledge can come from anybody, and not be oppressive. What is the problem if anybody shows the world new knowledge and understanding, nobody is ordained by God or genetically to advance humanity. All humans have a duty to use their knowledge, oppressive systems and attitudes means others should not use their abilities to the full extent, that means no golden age. A golden age comes about when humans all over the world are free to be.

Researchers in Hong Kong and China have successfully calculated the conditions for a tractor beam, in it infancy stage, science fiction is becoming reality.

Knowledge is built upon knowledge, I have always stated fact but it has been appreciated by the discerning mind for over 3000 years. Apparently in 2010 Australian researchers had develop a technique that was however not sufficient, In 2009 a researcher at Washington State University, Philip Marston, strangely BBC gives us his name not the names of the Chinese researchers, (That is why the rest of the world needs its own media outlets, white westerners have a different agenda from rest of humanity, to control and uplift their students never knowledge for its sake), Marston however had theorized about using sound waves, time thus far has proved theory had good results but wrong technique, but one should not be shy to be wrong, that is how knowledge base is built.

It is known that light can provide a "push", for example in solar sails that propel spacecraft on a "wind of light".
Now, in a paper on the Arxiv server, researchers from Hong Kong and China have calculated the conditions required to create a laser-based "pull".

Obama's government will put $126 million for next generation computers. Obviously the US government believes these are important for the future of America. It is money, but not a lot, insignificant, but the point is governments are always involved no matter what the philosophy of that country is. Who ever believes Bush that less government is the way forward, just look at the record for Republicans and Democrats, obviously the bigger liars are Republicans because they always say less government, the bigger fools are those who believe the credo of Republicans when they are in opposition that they want less government, that is a fool.Anyhow it does not matter, everywhere in North America middle class being destroyed, well done money, smile India and China, a gift, the world, from American greed.

I have said it over and over gain, do not underestimate the power of the human being, his imagination and building upon known knowledge, I will never stop believing in the capabilities of human beings, one step at a time.

This is an incredible feat, though they say the machine is still inefficient, you have to start somewhere, keep away from the fools who say something must be efficient immediately, research should not be carried out unless it has immediate use, that will be the end of new theories, such people are pseudo scientists, mediocre and evil at their core.

Water Powered Clock

Reading from www.thinkgeek.com one gets the following quote about a water powered clock, “OK, so generating electrical power from water might not require quantum math, but it is pretty darn interesting.” Not been a physicist, I am truly fascinated, as a knowledge economist I have always said the human mind is not limited, as long as it has something to build on. As long as there as previous knowledge we can build on it, what would Faraday think of a water powered clock, he would be fascinated, he understood electricity as being produced by generators/ motors. What would Alessandro Volta, the Italian inventor of the battery think about a water powered clock. It is amazing, though not amazing for those who understand quantum physics, 0.05% of the worlds population.

Can you imagine if 6 billion people where involved in the knowledge process, truly believe me, only shallow people who claim to understand knowledge but do not believe in the concept of overpopulation. There is so much we can do, life is so precious, the more, the more precious life there would be. We can take care of the environment once we stop thinking for the very short term but long term. They claim soon we will have water powered cars, some say yes, some say it is a hoax, who knows, but do not underestimate the human mind.

Better to build a better future, the only way is to reduce suspicions and hatred, let us stop being racist, over nationalistic, nothing wrong with loving ones nation, let us cooperate and acknowledge all can think and a better world we shall have.

Who I am

Here is my life story kept to a minimum. In the 1970’s ngyakhula koMabhena Mabhena, then I went to London in 1976, August. By the time I was 4 I had seen Zipra fight with Smith many times, I remember the whole village watched a woman, young at least 25 beaten to death accussed as a spy for Zipra, we all had to watch, it was white soldiers. Okay fine. I was rescued went to England.
I returned in the early 80’s, My father did not want to return, but as ZAPU, all ZAPU was kicked out off England, though there were terrible atrocities happening, Thatcher was showing she is on the side of ZANU. Happily I was ignorant, my first friend was Dalisizwe Nddebele, at that time I did not understand, but every holiday I had to go home and plough, emakhaya, that was Mbelengwa, I can not say Mberengwa. We met the Hove’s etc, but I did not understand.
Then in 1987 in Form 3 the fifth brigade came to our village, we where the only Khumalo’s, they beat my uncle like crazy, every holiday I went to the rural areas, the other villages protected us, many where Shona but most where Venda and Sotho, except for our closest friends, the Mangena’s = Xhosa, but off Mzilikazi all Mfengus are there because Mfengus are originally all Zulu, go to Ntabezinduna, all their names are Zulu, Xaba etc, Mfengus where brought by Rhodes because they where not Xhosa, but originally Zulu.
In 1988 after Gukhurahundi, an ex soldier came to our village and told us we are not originally from Mbelengwa but from thsolotsho, he was a Ndlovu, and told us Ndlovu’s are not Khalanga, but so what, Khalanga’s and Ndebele’s created a new nation, I did not understand. He was at pains to tell us that we should know where we came from, but stopped, Gukhurahundi was over. I saved my brothers life though he does not recognize it, in 1987 they wanted to take him out of the bus and I said, liyambulala, then they let him stay in the bus, he was turning 17 and at Plumtree high but he will never say thanks, family for you.
1991 went to Australia, my fathers best friend Zikhali said he would organize a scholarship for us, but I told my father that is nonsense, he is a Ndebele, he does not have the power, so I went to Lesotho, my father used to hang out with Zikhali, at our house every month and Tshuma. Zikhali ended up in the politburo, of ZANU though he was at pains to explain to me it was because ZAPU had not trusted my father because he was a Khumalo, Zikhali to me felt guilty, he was always so humble to us I never understood until I went to Lesotho.
In Lesotho I met a Mr Mhlanga working for the UN, then I was 22, he took me for a drink, drunk he told me he is also from Mbelengwa, then he told me, long before ZIPRA was effective my father and Zikhali blew up the police station in Filabusi with grenades, though they could hide behind the trade unions, that was their first sentence in jail, did Mugabe or Nkomo ever blow up a police station he said, he too told me, only Mnanagwa equalled them, a Khumalo must be sidelined and he said it is not a bad thing, oMhlanga after all are supposed to defend the honour of Khumalo, not Khumalo defending himself, he was drunk, people know, I asked him why do you tell me this, it will never be written. Mhlanga pretended that he did not hear me, and he said look at all the active ZIPRA people, Dabengwa, Mangena, Ackim Ndlovu, Malunga, Zikhali, Khumalo, they where all from either Belingwa or Filabusi, though the only ones who blew up a police station where Khumalo and Zikhali, I thought so what, I have things to do uMhlanga wants to disturb my plans.
I sayed with Mangena eGoli, he was commander/ captain of ZIPRA Mashonaland, his brother was one of those who reacted first to ZANLA”s assault in Matabeleland, he was a commander, he told me one thing, he said you are the only children in the history of ZAPU who where always looked after by ZAPU and only ZAPU, it is not a coincidence though you might take it for granted, you stayed koMabhena, you stayed koNdebele, then married , you stayed koMasotsha Ndlovu, these are not small things, then he told me the most important thing in my life, you can always come ko Mangena, yikhaya kababa not umama, always.
Our business is done, you know who I am, bayethe, it was a great waste of time, sizobonana phambili, uZulu angimlahli, I am another generation not my fathers.

One can only look at the recent wiki leaks about America’s plans with Africa with disdain, one can see straight through the hypocrisy. If one adds the positives by the negatives the record of the west towards blacks and Africans in particular is appalling, yet one reads that in the recent leaks from Lagos that “The United States will continue to push democracy and capitalism while Chinese authoritarian capitalism is politically challenging.” That is a clear lie, where are the free trades with Africa, when will Westerners ever publish original research from Africans without demanding to be quoted, when will an African immigrant ever present a business plan and it is accepted by a white Westerner, please stop these lies, they are too obvious. Capitalism to Westerners is when Africans do not think and open themselves up to exploitation, that is a good African, a moderate. I can give you a thousand examples, an African using the same text book as a westerner his knowledge is somehow considered inferior and westerners use every trick in the book, then we have this nonsense that somehow the west is trying to promote goodness in Africa.

In the end humanity must win, of course here one is looking into the long term, one can not respect those whose existence is determined by the ethos of in the long term we are all dead, that means they will ruin the present for their own immediate gains, all that led to Lehman brothers eventually declaring bankruptcy and everybody knows what happened after wards.

When humanity wins unfortunately there can only be one currency, a return to ancient times when currencies where transnational except this time on a global scale. Currencies only became national when governments desired to control currencies, this works fine when there are three or four strong economies, but in a world of strong economies, control will be rested away from governments, from the likes of Federal Reserves, Peoples Bank of China and the European Central Bank, these are the central banks that matter right now in the global arena.

Why will there be a push for one currency? This will occur because nobody will agree that somebody else’s currency is more important than theirs, and this is a good thing for humanity, it will bring honesty to the game. No matter what you like, what your believes are, how passionate you are, the reality is people have seen the dangers of one currency dominating the globe, though indeed the Chinese and Europeans wish they would replace the USA currency, a currency under strain because of dishonesty. You can not just print money, US currency was saved by the single act that after world war two America found itself in a favorable position, with all its infrastructure intact and the world needed a currency. But in the long run corruption sipped into the mind of the Central bankers and the government, billions printed for booms and billions printed for war, billions have disappeared in Iraq and Afghanistan, this money must be banked somewhere, this money is not backed by production, the chickens must come home to roost.

Unfortunately knowing human beings and how they are corrupted by power who is to say the Europeans or Chinese will be better managers if ever they are in a favorable position. Hence by logic a single currency must be born governments will have to agree or the people will take it into their own hands and governments will have to enact legislation to prevent this single currency, if governments do not agree, the single currency will be gold and silver, a choice of the free peoples of the world. Gold is having its day though the likes of Roosevelt who confiscated gold by legislation, when it comes to the crunch, peoples rights will always come secondary, and the idiot will say you can bug my phone because I have nothing to hide, no, you have no right to listen to me make private proposals over a phone. Roosevelt a man who leaves by the ethos in the long run we are all dead introduced short cuts, luck for America most of the world is not developed, if it was, US dollar would have seen strains long time ago, maybe why some policy makers desire to continue propaganda that only some can have knowledge.

A single global currency makes sense, however one must be careful of those who want a global central bank, they want to impose a global control of the world, that is not freedom, because the dishonesty at national levels will be taken to dishonesty at a global level. At this point one can not agree with those for example of the Single Global Currency Association, they want a single Central Bank, though one must admire Morrison Bonpasse for starting the association. Why are humans so hell bent on controlling other human beings yet shouting the words freedom at the same time. An anonymous writer from the Washington Times states what the problems of a global central bank are, “Any currency, including a single world currency, can be debased.” (anonymous, Washington Times).

There are several advantages to a single currency as pointed out by David R. Francis of the Christian Science Monitor, to quote, “For starters, the world trades about $1.2 trillion worth of currencies a day. If that market disappeared, it would save companies and individuals hundreds of billions of dollars a year in foreign-exchange and hedging costs.” Quoting david R. Francis further comes to the main benefit of a single currency, “The end of currency fluctuations would also stabilize international business,” this means once and for all it will be about the quality and price of the good not just the price.

A single currency makes sense, let us go back to the days when the known world in each area used a single currency across boundaries, of course now the known world is the whole world.

US Losing Ground in Science

Reading an interesting article in the online publication of Physics World one comes across an interesting story concerning the world of science, to quote Michael Banks from his article entitled “US loses status as a ‘colossus of science’”, “The US is no longer a "colossus of science" according to a new report looking into the country’s scientific output. Written by information-services provider Thomson Reuters, it says that although the US still holds a "commanding" lead in terms of its research impact, its forerunner status is being eroded. The report blames this on a rapid rise in scientific publishing from countries in Asia and Europe.”

This lose was inevitable, every human being can gather loss, but the reasons for the ever more rapid lose has more to do with ideology than anything else, the same racial ‘purism’ that almost destroyed Detroit if it was not for the US government bailout, a good bailout to say as it meant employment. Detroit refused to acknowledge that Asia made better cars, they refused for 3 decades caught up in their own bureaucracy and refusal to admit that an American would prefer something from Asia. This same racial ‘purism’ is slowly killing American science, and indeed in the long run Western Europe the birth place of racial ‘purism’ must be affected.

Westerners can not accept that knowledge can come from anywhere, they insist it must come from a white or at best somebody educated by a white, so they have a policy of discrimination in their journals, not realizing they are just humans not the light of the world, every human is a light of the world according to their own cultures and traditions. Facing such barriers, mystical barriers, Asia had to create its own journals, though there would have been no need of American and Western journals had decided to be inclusive and let go of the mysticism that all knowledge comes from them, and believing in their own propaganda that their Ivy League universities are the best in the world. Telling somebody that bricks and Mortar are the source of knowledge is the same kind of mysticism as telling somebody that Jesus has sea blue eyes or that God is an old white man with a huge white beard, sheer nonsense, but unfortunately for America they believe this and sprout this nonsense to the world and to themselves, the Canadians though are far worse at it.

A thinking person knows that knowledge does not come from bricks and mortar, a text book read at Harvard or Cambridge contains the same knowledge if it is read in Beijing, Thailand, Malaysia or Korea. But the American refuses to believe that, folly indeed, as for the British it is stupid because that is all they have left, Cambridge and Oxford, but if their journals go the way of racial ‘purity’ they will be irrelevant in 30 years time, there are 300 million Americans and that is all that will keep them relevant. When American academics mature and realize that for their journals to be relevant in 30 years time to the world they must be inclusive maybe they is a chance, but one has to doubt that, racism always has an undertone of mysticism, maybe the journals of Asia will be more inclusive, that is for a better world, and the IVY league Universities can continue in their make believe world that bricks and mortar are the source of knowledge.

Quoting Michael Banks, “In 1994 the US published nearly a third of all papers in materials research but this has now reduced to 15%, while China now publishes 23% of papers, and the 27 nations that make up the European Union (EU) publish around 30%.” Having mentioned this quote one goes to the comments for the article, one particular comment is eye catching, “With full respect to existing China potential, the quantity doesn't always mean a quality. But the trend described in the article is apparent.”, the same was said about Toyota, they don’t know how to make cars. Africa, all but Pacified and Discarded

The world seems to all but given up on Africa, not in the way one can actually see, but in the way Africa is discussed, it is like some discarded something in the outside room, a lot of blame has to fall on Africa’s leaders lack of concern for the people, a lot of the blame has to fall on the West. The blame is another story, but a clue, Africa has been looted by its leaders and secondly the cold war objectives of the West have been achieved in Africa, so whilst South East Asia was receiving capital from Washington, London, Paris, Africa was receiving arms to pump up wars, some wars were legitimate some were not, the legitimate wars the West went on the offensive, they never wanted to hear of a free Africa, JF Kennedy being one of the main sponsors of an anti African agenda, and a black president, Obama, in the hands of special interest will actually blame Africa alone for its mess, he would not dare open trade for Africa, but again Africa does not need trade with USA, Canada, or Europe, that is a world of make believe promoted by ideological economists at Harvard, Cambridge, Princeton, Stanford, Oxford, Yale and Chicago, (as if knowledge comes from bricks and mortar,frightening for them but true), with free markets no society needs another society, with knowledge as the prime driver, no society needs another society, of course main stream western media will never agree to this, so the western consultant will say you need us, not true, everybody needs everybody, anyhow, the cold war objectives have been achieved, Africa will provide raw materials and the leaders corrupted by years of western agitation will sell of as much as possible as long as their bank accounts are filled. Have you ever heard a good thing on CNN about Africa, except for a well being dug by a western mining company for the good of the locals, forgive me, that is another story.

How do we know Africa has been pacified, we know when at the recent G 20 meeting, the main topic about Africa was concern of food security. At first glance this is a very nice thing to say, what concern, but in reality nobody is looking at the underlying causes of this food insecurity. People are merely looking at the symptoms of the disaster in Africa since independence, indeed since colonial times, who ever heard of a famine in Africa before colonialism, it never existed, in most African languages there is no word for famine, it was unheard of before colonialism and post independence Africa. Now suddenly there are famines everywhere and most thinkers agree these famines are caused by the socio political environment that is prevailing in Africa.

By refusing to discuss the underlying factors of food security since forever, it shows the world has all but given up on Africa. The underlying cause is simply a lack of freedoms, in most instances people are prevented from farming in regions opposed to the government ideologically, this has happened from Ethiopia to Zimbabwe, and all the regions in between, why is there food in South Korea but lack of food in North Korea, it is the same reason why there is food insecurity in many parts of Africa, the socio – political – economic environment. There is no point of talking about food insecurity in Africa without mentioning the socio political environment in that continent, to avoid mentioning the political environment is to shrug ones shoulders, and one would expect people like James Wolfensohn to mention such a fact, but in a recent BBC program he nobly mentioned food security in Africa but never once delved into the causes of this food insecurity. Respecting knowledge by its nature requires trade, nobody can be all knowing, though the likes of Cambridge try to support the idea that all knowledge comes from whites, a bare faced lie, but in reality nobody can be all knowing, trade is itself an exchange of knowledge, even the simplest trade, bartering a hen for shoes, it took knowledge to rear the hen and make the shoe, nobody can respect knowledge without supporting trade unless they have some ulterior agenda that will mostly come out of mysticism and probably evil, because it causes misery at the end of the day to huge sections of societies indeed to societies themselves, the black believing the propaganda that only whites can think will direct himself to fighting for a spot in the NBA or as a boxer, 30 million blacks in the USA can not all be athletes as the media tries to suggest, but white fear and propaganda from those controlling the media has meant a lot of suffering from people ghettoized.

The lunatic idea from Western institutions that Africa’s prosperity lies with its resources is lunacy, so every African will either partner a western mining firm to be a shareholder in a mine or a miner, that is madness from consultants sponsored by western mining firms, Africa has as much intellectual capacity as any continent or race but the continuous flow of propaganda would suggest no, we will all either own mines or be miners, that is the heart of the greatest evil on earth. Africa will be saved like other peoples by respecting knowledge, the natural resources are a benefit, but of course this can not be announced in mainstream media, because it is not what Washington, London or Paris want to hear. Hence the rabid need to say Cambridge is the best place of learning, that is where knowledge is from, since when did knowledge come from bricks and mortar, it comes from the mind of a human.

True the G20 has all but given up on Africa and London, Paris, and Washington can relax knowing their consultants, propaganda people and economists have all worked nicely together to say Africa has no potential, but it is a lie, Africa just needs to wake up from the lie.

Three Cheers for Warren Buffet's Honesty

One has to be amused with the American political landscape, there are those who are ungrateful for their entitlement, take Blackstone chief Steve Schwarzman who likened Obama to Hitler, this was after Obama had just saved his investments, a truly ungrateful man who believes he is entitled and does not even have to say sorry. Scott Atlas of the Hoover institute recently wrote an article for Forbes magazine entitled “No more Entitlements”, Scott Atlas was of course talking about Obama’s Medicare. Mind you the same Forbes Magazine back in 2008 printed an article by Peter Robinson, also of the Hoover Institute entitled "what would Freidman have done", back then Bush was still president, and Peter Robinson was defending the bailouts to the banks, therefore the Hoover Institute is clear where they stand, screw the little guy but use all your resources to entitle the billionaires, with of course Forbes magazine delighted to support such a view. They know where their bread is buttered.

Now take a man like Warren Buffett, he recently wrote a piece for the New York times entitled, “Pretty Good for Government Work”. He thanks the government for saving his investments, one must truly appreciate such a gesture, he clearly says in his article he is grateful for the government having helped his investments, unlike Schwarzman who spits in the eyes of those who helped him remain a billionaire. Warren Buffet is honest, Schwarzman is dishonest, it is as simple as that. Help such a man, pick him up when he is on the ground he will spit in your eye, actions speak louder than words. People like Schwarzman are driven by intense insecurity, envy, leading them to despise and be dishonest, just like Forbes.

Three cheers to humans like Warren Buffett, they are man indeed.

I believe in the free market and right of individuals, but it is nice to see honest people.

Do Not Judge Too Quickly

A quick scan of any academic works does not do them justice. Three weeks ago a friend of mine told me to read a paper by Kydland and Prescott entitled “Rules rather than Discretion”, hoping that a future paper I write would be on the same lines. Scanning through the paper I concluded what nonsense and any Nobel prize they won had to be political, it has happened before, a lot of Nobel prize winners in economics have favored the movement of jobs from developed countries to less developed countries ensuring what would in the long run constituent structural unemployment or at the least real natural unemployment rates rising, they became darlings of multinational corporations, used their research to condone this sort of thing, they knew the results before they even took the study to justify their ideological posturing.

Anyhow, recently I re-read the paper rules rather than discretion's and what a revelation, it is a great paper worthy of all its accolades. You cannot just scan something and come to a conclusion, by the time I read the paper three times I will fully understand it.

When I started Tai Chi I wondered how do they do this, scanning, with further in-depth analysis I now can say I understand a lot of the how in tai chi. When i first read Chinese philosophy books, having being used to the cumbersome Western philosophy books I thought to myself what trivial, further reading shook me to the core, and understood the Taoist saying, he who says too much really does not know what they are talking about, it is not very clear to themselves, so whilst Chinese philosophers went for simplicity, western philosophers went for complexity, if you can not simplify it, do you really know what you are saying.

Take the movie silence of the lamb, the first time I saw it I thought what junk, second time it was a real thriller, that is just life, sometimes we are too quick too judge. Transformers will always be junk, some things just do not change.

TARP from the federal reserve, quickly put of as some a government program for the true masters of congress, the banks/ oil and large multinationals, but it saved the financial system, but even then TARP itself was scanned through and implemented, nobody really sat down and contemplated how to make it fair such that it is not mostly billionaires that seemingly benefit, proving that it is not about talent, anything rushed will never be as effective as something not rushed. But criticizing TARP on first day could also be considered unfair even though it itself was rushed.

One should not judge a situation or anything with a quick scan or glance, look at it properly, papers like rules versus discretion should not be judged too quickly.

But to the discerning mind, one must realize that basically all societies are the same, economies and economics are not complex as they are made out to be, just allow people to do and follow the laws of knowledge and any society can have all the trinkets and super weapons they want. Besides economies all societies are basically the same, the rule of the mob, implicitly encouraged by the West, that is all having an election is, the bigger mob ruling, having a democracy is no guarantee of good economics, don’t be fooled by media. Bats Sing, Mice Giggle

Thinking about a recent program by Larry King featuring karen Shanor, where she speaks about a book she wrote in collaboration with Jagmeet Kanwal. I have not read the book but I need to read it, it is entitled, Bats Sing, Mice Giggle: Revealing the Secret Lives of animals.

We as humans are over arrogant sometimes, animals do not have a secret life, for one we can study them because it is in the open, you go to a cave you find bats, but hidden from us because we did not want to know, and from listening to Karen Shanor one would expect the book to be enlightening, how bats for example navigate, how the feel the earths magnetic pulls and fields. How wild animals seem to sense an earthquake long before it happens, or with enough forewarning to try to make a good getaway from the scene.

I have always believed studying animals has a lot to teach about us, imagine if we were at peace with ourselves how much more we would develop our natural instincts, would we not too be able to sense an earthquake, some of us can sense the destruction to our environment and this has been confirmed by studies, you can not study what you can not feel, and feeling is controlled by a nagging problem of the brain, the heart will tell you there is enough oil to last another 20 000 years, that the environment will can take 100 times more punishment than what it has taken now, the heart leads to make believe, just call themselves savages so that we can fight them, just say they have weapons of mass destruction so that we can fight them before they get strong, keep them week, because in reality we are not better than them, yet the mind knows what is a lie, and knows the environment can not take too much more punishment.

Just watch animals in the wild, for those who have looked after cattle, one can see the different behavior in an abattoir than when cattle are grazing, they can sense they are about to become hamburgers, but humans too have senses that are no longer needed, cattle herding when one's throat is thirsty, they can sense when they are close to a river, they can see changes in environment. We sense a lot, spirits expand in the country, contract in the city, you can sense it, that is why we all want to vacation away from the city, in a cottage perhaps.

I think the above mentioned book will be a worthwhile read, the topic is fascinating, will look for it as soon as I can, that is called expanding knowledge, one hopes Karen collaborated with Jagmeet because jagmeet is good at what he/ she does not because she felt sorry for them and thinks she is doing him/ her a favor, never collaborate with somebody who thinks they are doing you a favor, that means you are not good enough, after all they don't really need you, you need them, tell them to get lost, collaborate with people because you appreciate what knowledge they have to offer.

The US Federal Reserves begins preparations for what has been called Quantitive Easing part 2, or QE2. The problem with economics is that economists themselves try to mystify the subject in order to remain relevant. Economics is becoming a science but not yet there, therefore to seem scientific most economists speak in a language that tries to make it sound complicated, using words like endogenous or exogenous, instead of just saying internal factors or external factors, the language just wants to look sophisticated, style over substance. Not science because most economist actually believe for example you can treat a human being like time, they do not confuse discretion and dimension of a variable, such small things...they treat a human like you can cut him up in a thousand pieces, shame

Now if quantitative easing was explained without difficult language nobody would be against it, because it can be done, the idea is simply to put money into the system so that banks have enough money and will therefore to earn income place that money in more risky lending, hopefully to people on 'main-street' so to say.

I had the chance to read and discuss a wonderful paper by a certain Warren Hrung from the Federal reserve of New York, I could understand it because I am familiar with the language but no way would somebody who is not familiar with economics understand it, simply because of the language. The paper entitled "Responses to the Financial Crisis, Treasury Debt, and the Impact on Short-Term Money Markets" opened my eyes to reality, in a world of fiat money there are things that the central money authorities can do and these things follow principles laid down in monetary economics. Enough quantitative easing should nearly always work for a while, half a trillion dollars should be a good stimulus, don't get me wrong, I am not for making people rich who do not deserve it, I find that immoral, but eventually this money should actually end up in main-street, but alas the global market, some of this money might just end up in the Thai stock exchange because maybe they offer better short term returns than investing in main-street of USA, therefore who knows the effects, we can only be sure that the money supply will increase substantially.

I believe it is a good idea, but one needs to discuss it in simple language, not complicated language.

Cholera outbreak in Haiti, this in Haiti, that in Haiti, Haiti is the poorest country in the western hemisphere. After the massive earthquake, at the beginning of this year, in January one would have hoped that Haiti was going to start afresh, with new thinking, a new attitude and new drive. The sympathy of the world was poured into Haiti like few other natural disasters in human history. There was a huge fund created for Haiti, and co chaired by none less than Bill Clinton.

According to reports US$777 million has been announced for projects to help build up Haiti, but unfortunately people do not realize it is not money that is important but rather the attitude. After the earthquake Haiti had an opportunity for a new beginning, but sometimes there is a block on people, Haiti like Africa has a leadership full of style and zero substance, full of hot air whilst people are suffering. Even giving Haiti a ten billion dollar gift would not help, why because the leaders want to make big announcements and have pictures taken of them by the western press, shaking Bill Clinton’s hand or Obama’s hand will not change the situation of the ordinary man in the street.

Haiti needed to change its laws to allow the people to be, free the markets and let people bring their skills and knowledge to the market and see for themselves what they can do. Free up the telecommunications sector, free up the media, free up the transport sector, free up power production, free up the wage sector, free up the labor market, create an environment inductive to local and foreign investment, it is not difficult, what in god’s name are they protecting in Haiti, broken down industries, broken down plantations, broken down infrastructure, broken down telecommunications sector, foolish indeed, by now having followed right policies Haiti’s economic growth for 2011 should have been around 10 – 15%, there is nothing there.

The government having freed up the people would concentrate on providing security for the people and building the infrastructure, stop giving places like Haiti money until they also step up for themselves, how on earth can a government that relies on donations believe it can give anything to every Haitian, let the Haitians create for themselves, last round I heard that due to demographics and structural changes in a Japan that has 5.1% unemployment needs a save place to relocate some of its industries, obviously Haiti is not a safe haven because they do not trust themselves.

One must remember that these governments get donations from corporations and the wealthy to campaign and get into power. Canadians have a nice way of hushing things up and pretending they never occur, but remember they are truly not to be trusted white Canadians.

One can buy US shares hopefully on the Nasdaq and NYSE, but one can not purchase any shares on the entrepreneurial market, the OTC markets, simply because in this market you must do your own independent research and not in the whims of the insider trading filled Canadian exchange, that is the idea canadians having never contributed anything academically or scientifically to the world, have a huge inferiority complex they need a way to keep as many down as possible, I remember attending this conference in the USA, a lot of people interested in how there can be so many derivatives, but the canadians eyes would be shifty, filled with jealousy for their own mediocrity that they need to place every barrier they can on you, especially if the first barrier fails, you have no Canadian experience, with the internet you just send your work to other countries, and that makes them mad, why don't you accept you are stupid and meant to clean the washroom of a white is their demand, it is the same reasoning they do not want to invest in OTC market but play the loaded game with canadian market or purchase from New York or Nasdaq. But if you are not interested and in your own judgement you see OTC as better it is a no no, the government is directing one towards their friends, even if their friends are junk.

For those who love to indulge in wine, New Zealand is the place to be, why it is now cheaper than water. This is a consequence of increases in vineyards for export, now with every country having it's own quality wine industry, France, Australia, Chile, South Africa, Canada, California, well there was doomed to be a glut at some stage, over supply hence the collapse in prices.

This goes to show that the laws of demand and supply are always at work, the market is always self correcting, if there is too much of something the price for that good or service is doomed to collapse, too much money and well people will look for strange ways to get those returns, remember the collapse of Lehman brothers. there is no difference if you are a true economist, wine, money, cars, corn, computers, great supply will lead to price falls, good for the consumer, there is so much alcohol one can drink, with those extra savings maybe they can do something else, like have a better quality of life.

Nobel Physics Price: Triumph of foresight

Two Britons who are Russian born have won the 2010 Nobel price for physics. It is an honor to win the Nobel prize, but I have misgivings for any award that a white hands out, to me there is always some political/ ideological underlying tone, Nobel prize is awarded by white westerners, white westerners are always biased. simple as that, refuse that 2 + 2 = 4 if one is not of their liking, that simple, deal on deceit, but it is an honor to win the Nobel prize. Having said that these two Russian had great focus to end up in the UK, a society that has respected and understood the importance of science for many centuries.

For Konstantin Novoselov and Andre Geim, winners of 2010 Nobel prize, to end up in Manchester was a blessing, they could easily have ended up in Toronto or anywhere in Canada and they would be driving taxis, dish washing, demolition laborers, welders, but they certainly would not have been allowed to work in any Canadian University as they would not have had Canadian experience even though they are better than every Canadian professional who deals with physics. If they had ended up in Canada the world would have been robbed off their knowledge, that is obviously felt to be important by the committee that gives out noble prizes.

That UK and USA accept foreign born scientists is why these societies are leaders in science whilst the likes of Canada have to count their blessings to be endowed with natural resources like Saudi Arabia as Canadian scientists have nothing to contribute to this world, and never will with their attitude, just envy and jealousy of the knowledge of others.

The UK will be making a massive mistake to introduce curbs on immigration of top scientists to the UK, the UK is not endowed with natural resources like Canada, brain power matters there.

Corporations have more rights than Individuals

Constitutions are based on the rights and duties of individuals within society. Today's norm in many parts of the world equate the corporation as an individual and having rights of an individual. Therefore there is the widespread belief that corporations and individuals have equal rights.

When examining this factor further, one see's that it is mostly just a lie muddy waters and governments do not want the waters to ever clear, but people know that corporations have far more rights but just can not figure out how.

Take a citizen of any western country, citizen X, he earns $35 000 a year. He takes home about $25 000 a year. From that $25 000 a year he/ she must pay for accommodation so that he is safe to get to work the next day, he must pay for food that he needs to be strong to go to work, he must pay for medical care that he needs to be healthy, he must pay for transportation that he needs to get to work.

Think about it, citizen X gets a gross income of $35 000 per year, that gross income is his revenue. Citizen X is therefore taxed on his revenue. Corporation Y on the other hand is not taxed on its revenue. From the $25 000 left citizen X must fork out transportation, food, medical care, accommodation, all things he needs in order to be able to work efficiently for corporation Y.

Corporation Y on the other hand gets to deduct transportation, medical, food as costs of doing business, whilst citizen X can not deduct these things as costs for going to work, for doing business. This lack of deductions means that on average the individual is paying more proportionately to keep society going, they can not deduct what corporations deduct. You will however get pseudo economists saying that corporations pay so much taxes proportionately, all nonsense. Individuals must be allowed to deduct costs of going to work, and two meals a day at work, then individuals are only beginning to catch up to the rights that corporations have.

I will say again, the West is a poor example of freedom, they suck human beings dry, if this is the best the world has to offer the world is in trouble, who is the brave who will give back to individuals what has been stolen from them by evil. The poor are generally just serfs, overtaxed as they are taxed on revenue, on gross, and their profits are negligible compared to their revenue if profits are what one has left over after costs. Majority of individuals are proportionately way over taxed.

Lower Currencies; The New Trade War

The currency wars are heating up because of the downturn in the global economy since before the collapse of Lehman brothers. Countries now to fuel their export driven economies have understood and realized that paper currencies can easily be managed, if the currency is too high just print more money. Recently the Brazilian finance minister, Guido Mantega, has said that, quoting from the BBC, "We're in the midst of an international currency war," he told a meeting of industrial leaders. "This threatens us because it takes away our competitiveness. The advanced countries are seeking to devalue their currencies."

The Obama administration has taken the first steps towards a currency war with the peoples government of China by declaring that it believes China's currency to be undervalued and that constitutes a subsidy. All nonsense of course, the value of a paper currency is ultimately determined by a government, When China began its industrial leap forward by exporting goods to the West the Yuan was linked to the dollar, why today is it suddenly a problem yet 15 years ago it was not a problem. Many currencies are pegged to the dollar, why are they not declared to be under or over valued because that is a matter of opinion because the market does not play a meaningful role in the value of a legal tender that is paper, that paper is forced onto the people. When the Central banker raises or lowers interest rates when did he consult the people, why does the market not have a hand in deciding interest rates. The uselessness of interest policy has become apparent, Monetary economists just did not understand how economics work, having a friend owning a newspaper and being the only voice does not in the long run mean you are right, you can just quickly make money and the world will see your follies and lies when you are dead, by then you are dead and your offspring have money from the deceit.

Both Obama and the People's Government of China are both wrong and right, with everybody printing money, with others pegged to the dollar but not being targeted by the American bankers/ corporate regime, a true regime, sure you can say what you like, but tell the truth and show they are wrong that is it for you, just be liar and make money and system will love you, is that not a regime. However both the governments of China and USA are right and wrong.

We need a single currency, a currency not controlled by governments, with Obama's election ploy of trade saber rattling with China, gold has shot up, $1 310 per ounce, but true freedom is not what any regime wants, hence they will fight for their printed money, therefore the currency wars have just began, why was Japan not criticized for supporting its currency just recently when government of Japan felt currency had risen too much against dollar, where was the anger from the White House.

US China Sanctions: Time for One Global Currency

When people are greedy, their finances go awry. When their finances are in disorder and they are very greedy, dishonesty prevails, the norms of business are disrupted, then troubles and problems occur. From this perspective, troubles and problems come from a dishonest mind. (Han Fei)

Finances are in disorder of many states around the world, the most glaring because of the magnitude of the size of the economy are the finances of the USA, Japan and many European countries. Greed has caused this financial disorder and chaos, greed that led invariably to dishonesty as Han Fei knew it does 2 100 years ago, now the norms of business have been disrupted. Plato, Aristotle could never comprehend such simple logic.

Now that there is chaos, the USA needing a scape goat wants to blame China and China's currency claiming it is over valued. Both sides are right and both sides are wrong, fiat currencies can be printed at will, having men treated like gods and followed at every whim like central bankers who make decisions on behalf of at times millions of people and claim that it is a market decision is sheer falsehood, more dishonesty. Central banks are institutions that have never been needed, there is no justification for them except to control the money supply itself not a justification. Therefore both the USA and China are arguing over something that does not need an argument and that will only cause further tensions as is witnessed by China's response to increase duties on American chickens as the Americans are dumping chickens onto the Chinese market.

The only real solution to perceived over valued and undervalued currencies is to go back to the one currency model that had been around and accepted for thousands of years, from Egyptians, to ancient Zimbabwe, to Greeks and Romans, to Persia and Babylon, that of Gold and Silver. You can put Roosevelt's face on gold and melt it and put Mao face on the same gold the next day because the value comes from the gold and silver content. and the gold moves between countries according to production and value created in that country.

The only way to solve these currency issues is through the world preparing for one currency, a currency that does not require a powerful central bank but relies on the market, the one thing central bankers and monetary economists fear and loath, the market.Sure there will be fools like the Adnan Khashoggi's of the world who will have gold toilets, literally pissing and defecating on money, but most people would be more sensible. Martin Rapaport and Fair Trade Diamonds

Just been watching the documentary "Diamond Road" on television, have watched all the parts, and is an interesting document. There is a section, an ongoing story that is very sad, and disappointing, sad because people are willing to cheat blacks in Africa, and even more sadder is that the blacks do not care that their fellow blacks work under such intolerable conditions. The documentary is disappointing in that though he tries as hard as he can, Martin Rapaport a Jew, faces silly obstacles in his journey to create a fair trade system. He is a man of foresight, but what the greedy traders and government officials do not understand, is what he is proposing for Sierra Leone is actually what would mean more money circulating in Sierra Leone. I say a Jew, because firstly, the blacks should be more concerned than him, secondly Western jews, those who have never been to Africa and Asia tend to be just as racist towards blacks as Anglo Saxons, Germans, Belgians and French, they believe in the racial theories that blacks are inferior in most cases, that blacks are only good for sports and comedy,one guesses they need to fit in and to do that in the West one must be a racist, everybody buries their heads at what caused the problems in Africa,the agitation of the West, now they feel it is destroyed, they will say our hands are not dirty knowing the mess they have created will take centuries to resolve.

It is time to realize that America can not save the world, in an economic sense, or any sense for that matter, America could never save the world. Just been reading the Huffington Post and it seems global bankers have set down together and made new regulations presumably to stop another financial crises, here are the rules, quoting from the online paper, "BASEL, Switzerland — Banks will have to significantly increase their capital reserves under rules endorsed Sunday by the world's major central banks, which are trying to prevent another financial collapse without impeding the fragile economic recovery ... Under current rules, banks must hold back at least 4 percent of their balance sheet to cover their risks. This mandatory reserve – known as tier 1 capital – would rise to 4.5 percent by 2013 under the new rules and reach 6 percent in 2019.

In addition, banks would be required to keep an emergency reserve known as a "conservation buffer" of 2.5 percent. In total, the amount of rock-solid reserves each bank is expected to have by the end of the decade will be 8.5 percent of its balance sheet."

Don't get me wrong but this is good but not the main concern, firstly, money was lost on instruments that where backed by the US mortgage market, what does holding 6% in reserve have to do with that. Would the main issue if people wanted to regulate banks be to curb gambling on extremely risky financial instruments, but those who know me, know I believe in the free market, less regulation better, if you lose go and be a janitor or serve burgers at McDonald, because obviously you are not fit to be a banker and the person and McDonald who you are preventing from being an investment banker knows better economics and finance than you. That now banks have become sacred cows will eventually diminish competition, because they can not make mistakes, if they do they have governments to create policy to defend them and they can continue to hire their nephews and nieces and ethnic friends. That is not wrong with private property, but when the government bails you out it is endorsing incompetence.

This financial crises seems to allow closet communists to have their say and regulate things that where not the cause of the crises, the reserve ratio was not the cause of the crises, even if in 2008 the reserve ratio was at 10%, with the risky financial products and exporting of jobs out of America, there would still have been a financial crises of exactly the same magnitude, because the crises had nothing to do with little money in reserve.

Communists because they believe they will be the global politburo, George Bush jnr and the Republican party though screaming for free market, when the crunch came, he showed when its tough to save your friends you must be a communist, and he dished out a trillion dollars to his politburo friends, therefore stopping the more talented who had not got themselves into the same mess. Forbes magazine said these are revolutionary times, they had at last taken over in glaring public no longer hiding, the politburo members, the top banks, top corporations showed it has nothing to do with talent, but the connection in power, in the white house, at 10 Downing street, Élysée Palace, Bundeskanzleramt, the power has never rested with the people, that document they run around with starting with the statement "We the people...", has been expressed as the fraud that the likes of Bush, Obama, Clinton, Reagan, Kennedy, Nixon hide under whilst working for the top banks and corporations, now they want to add controls that had nothing to do with causing the financial crises.

America's inequality has of late resurfaced, with worrying concerns, hence why the American model can never be a model for a free world. Inequality of income tells you a real story, far more than does say having elections, having elections is often a gimmick for the wealthy to say to the less wealthy you participated, for those with power to fool others into believing they are part of some decision making process. Latest available figures are for 2007/ 2008, be sure that after this recession the figures are much worse.

Quoting from an article written by Timothy Noah for Slate magazine, entitled "The United States of Inequality", "Today, the richest 1 percent account for 24 percent of the nation's income. What caused this to happen?"

When one looks at the Gini Coefficient one finds that the USA is the richest country in the world with the 42nd most unequal distribution of income, Cameroon, Cambodia, China, Malawi all have a more equal distribution of income. This is simply caused by policies that are more business friendly rather than citizen friendly, where a business has more rights than an individual, where in the case of America, business can demand protection from tax payer in the name of the US Army invading countries to make it safe for American interest, whilst exporting jobs away from the very system that protects them and demand a tax break and tax loop holes for exporting those very jobs.

Noah also says "Yet few of these experts have much idea how to reverse the trend. That's because almost no one can agree about what's causing it." Ta Hsueh and Chung Yung: Wisdom from The Sages

I would highly recommend that one reads this ancient book, "Ta Hsueh and Chung Yung", written over 2 500 years ago from China.

"For if, out of mean spirit and jealousy, he should conceive ill - will toward any man possessing manifest talents, or, there being a man of refined cultivation, should he attempt to counter him and take steps to block his advancement, then he surely be lacking in this capacity of tolerance. He would thereby show himself incapable of safe guarding our descendants for all their generations..." (Ta Hsueh & Chung Yung).

2 300 years later not following these rules of Confucius, infighting in the imperial court, giving out contracts to those unworthy who became rich without talent, China fell flat in its face, allowing communist part to rise and rescue China. Let us hope they are not doing the same thing and follow this advise. In the West one saw those without any talent claiming they have talent and now there is a huge financial crises.

Sometimes you have to give some credit to white Africans, they are Africans, in South Africa a certain Dr Eugene Cloete has developed a water filter small enough for bottles, the size of a tea bag. He is considered one of South Africa's leading water researchers, if prove is in doing, then he is the leading water researcher.

This is wonderful news for Africa, and one of the few small victories in Zuma's seemingly unknown agenda, yes sometimes Zulu's do get it wrong, one must grudgingly admit. [He should have long set down with Cosatu as soon as he got into office and pointed out the lack of finances and draw up a plan to increase the economy, just be humble it is easy, there is no plan in South Africa, slowly just sinking.]

What should Cloete do with this find, here I say it should be commercialized, profits would be used to compensate Dr. Cloete for his efforts and the rest used for further research, research costs money unfortunately, without money you are stuck in the realm of subjects that do not need money, like mathematics, or theoretical economics, true mathematics is very important, but really does not need to much money, you either find a new mathematical relationship or not, you could be a waiter and after hours look at your maths, just like theoretical economics, but you better love the subject.

You have to love Alvine Greene, a man who smacks the truth right out, flawless arguments, he is running for the democratic senate sit for South Carolina.

To quote from the Huffington post, "I will vote for any law and propose any measure to keep jobs in my state of South Carolina. I will vote for huge tariffs, and, if necessary, vote to ban imports of foreign goods. Millionaire egghead politicians in the pocket of big business talk about "free trade" - and let all of your jobs get shipped overseas. No more free trade. Your job is not going to Indonesia."

Here he has it wrong, it is not free trade that is destructive, it is the export of jobs, trade is not about moving jobs, but goods, the export of jobs should be banned, no imports from subsidiaries, this is destroying the world, because the world does not have time to adapt. fair if Indonesia has knowledge to make great toothpaste they have the right to export it, but for Colgate Palmolive to set up shop in Indonesia to re export to US is destructive, if they can not make it cheaply in USA, they should invest in other things or make the toothpaste better, honestly, balanced growth is what the world needs, not destructive growth were others suffer for others, I say again, I do not believe in others suffering for me, if these American corporations can do that to their own, imagine what they would do to those not of their own, grow up, quarterly profits are great, but ever increasing quarterly profits has led to export of jobs.

Greene should understand that, it is not trade that has caused this destruction, it is wrong economics from Chicago school of economics in the sponsorship of big capital. Just been watching CNN talking about America falling further behind in education and test scores compared to other OECD countries.

One teacher had an interesting thing to say, the kids are unruly, threatening teachers sometimes physically, how do you teach, the problem starts at home. Then the CNN education expert Steve Perry blamed the teachers.

No way, the teachers are not to blame, if kids are unruly they can not be taught, it is as simple as that. The law says do not discipline the kids, well that is what you get, parents can not spank kids, teachers can not, well the kid will do what they like.

This is part of the wider systematic way of controlling America by a few evil clicks, people with no education can not think for themselves, they will be slaves to every wind that blows, easier to control. Just saw an advert that is appaling in all manner, Shaquille O'Neal is in this advert with some white guy. The advert concludes, O'Neal is the best, presumably basket ball, and the white guy is the smartest, what a nice team they make. They keep trying to say they are smarter than blacks and blacks are only good for sport, comedy and singing, these are very dangerous people, they want to destroy absolutely any dignity blacks have, why, because they know they are liars.

Here is their trick, Calculus for example was invented in India by Bhaskara, not by Newton who stole the work of Leibniz, and not by leibniz. Helium The Resource for Long Term Investor

Who ever thought of helium as a resource, a resource that is running out for that matter.Helium apparently is cheap because the US is getting rid of its stock piles, bad advise, probably from the same network that advised presidents of America and now nobody can buy houses, these guys are not joking around they would kill for money.

Now helium is very important, having real industrial uses. By 2015 apparently by law the US must have got rid of all its stockpile so the prize is artificially cheap. After 2015, Helium will be scarce, very scarce, do not be surprised to see the likes of BlackRock Investments, Capital Research Global Investors, Vangaurd group, Blackstone, and such groups where these companies just make huge funds and invest in every blue chip, absolutely no talent needed, just a connection, it takes no brain power to manage $500 bln and split it up equally amongst all the blue chips, you just have friends who deposit pension money into your fund, soon some of this money will move to Helium, it will be a very scarce resource not far from now, 5 years is not really that far.

For those with money some free advise, in next three years look at Airproducts, I bet you, Black Rock, Vanguard, are already shareholders, wake up, these people are easy to read.

High Oil Prizes in Slow Economy, Sighn of the Times

Reading a recent article by Raymond Learsy on the Huffington Post about oil prizes being too high, one wonders, here to quote Learsy, "It makes no sense. Today's price of oil is $74 a barrel, having retreated these past days from over $80/bbl. This, a price more than 100 percent higher that the $33/bbl touched in February 2009. This, with land storage so filled to the brim that over 30 million barrels are kept in floating storage at sea. As one example, Kuwait's crude oil exports to Japan plunged by 47 percent to less than five million barrels a month. In spite of the summer driving season inventories of gasoline in the United States are rising. Supplies of oil at Cushing, Oklahoma, the delivery point for the New York Mercantile Exchange futures contract are less than 1 percent from their all time high reached in May of this year. Inventories in a 15 state region that includes Illinois rose to 97.7 million bbls/oil earlier this month, the highest ever since data was recorded, beginning in 1980 according to Energy Department Report. The price of crude taken together with the country's jobless rate of 9.6 percent makes no sense at all. Clearly the price of oil has lost all ballast to the dynamic of supply and demand."

Markets are always manipulated by speculators, that is the name of the game, there is nothing wrong in that per se, because speculators do make spectacular losses, if not, every speculator would be a billionaire,or at least a multi millionaire but that is not the case. Speculating has a higher risk than proper investing practices, but the higher risk enables higher profits.

However, even with the play of speculators in the markets, one needs to consider the Chinese and Indian factor, they are demanding a lot of oil for their economies that are growing relentlessly, a good thing. China has just taken over Japan as the number two economy, that in itself is not significant as western papers try to make it out, following correct economic policies, China has more people than Japan. Same as India, nothing for humanity to worry about, except for the few in the world who are scaremongers, the world is not afraid for there to be harmony. naturally oil prizes would be higher, without China and India growing so fast, no doubt oil prizes would be at maybe even $25 - 30 range. But we must remember demand for a commodity like oil is inelastic, prizes rise very fast relative to changes in demand.

The reason why 30 million barrels are kept floating at sea, and this figure will increase, is because the prize of oil would fall significantly, mind you Middle east countries made 10 year budgets on high oil prizes of around $120, then markets fell flat after Lehman brothers catastrophe, that is clear manipulation, but what can one do if somebody does not want to sell their oil, call them evil, let the oil float in the tankers, they will have to sell it one day, by then things might have changed significantly in the market. The longer things take to get to normal, the more will governments will have to move away from hydro carbons to nuclear, wind, water, and tidal power, who will be the big loser then.

manipulators of markets who themselves do not get out in time usually end up as big losers. Three new nuclear plants in the states or China would put paid to a lot of this nonsense.

Just browsing through the internet and I came across one of the most laughable jokes of 2010, and they have been many amusing jokes so far this year, Obama compared to Hitler by a student of theft, calling him Hitler after all the free money he gave to the banks, people still want a pound of flesh, but the story about Malawi is more funny than that.

Apparantly the Malawian president has no policy, no legacy to leave behind. So confused by the task ahead, the task being to develop Malawi, he has taken it upon himself to declare Malawi a developed country, like Japan, Netherlands or USA is considered a developed country. He believes that by changing the flag of Malawi it now implies that Malawi is a developed country. Instead of having a sun rising on malawi, he has a full sun shining on Malawi and the reason is as follows, to quote from the BBC, "The new flag features a full sun instead of the old flag's rising sun, to reflect Malawi's change from a developing to a developed nation. Pity people do not understand that it is not changing the flag that signals that a poor country like Malwai is developed, rather it is creating more wealth that will make Malawi a developed country.

"We cannot permanently live in the past," President Bingu wa Mutharika said when it was launched.

Just been watching a documentary on CBC, the Canadian owned government institution, the document was entitled Mugabe and the White African. It is about this white farmer taking Mugabe to the SADC court. It is a strange turn of events, Thatcher, must be regretting her decision to support Mugabe, well birds of a feather flock together. The same whites that knighted Mugabe must be all appalled, but that is life. to a lot of people Mugabe is a hero, to many others he is a destroyer.

What is important however is that the documentary was shown on CBC's passionate eye. When Mugabe and Thatcher duped Nkomo back in 1982, CBC did not show the horrendous hell that occurred in Zimbabwe, creating a phony rebellion with the MI5 to hoodwink Nkomo, who just looked confused, Mugabe waited patiently whilst Nkomo put down his arms, a trainload of arms was sent to Angola from Zambia to SWAPO and ANC bases, ZAPU arms, as Nkomo saw no more use for these heavy weapons, but Mugabe and the Brits tried to make it look like they had arms, when it all finished in 1987, it was clear Nkomo had no heavy weapons, he had complied with Lancaster house agreement, but the Brits and Mugabe had not, he had long disbanded his army, there were no arms. remind you of weapons of mass destruction in Iraq, now Iran. just hoaxes. Now being a political animal, Mugabe finally turned on his white supporters.

But what is most important is this documentary was shown on CBC. I remember when some 6 years ago I tried to come out on CBC, I was given a date, a week ahead. I prepared, then when it was time, I called to confirm, CBC said they have canceled, they got one of their own to discuss the issue. Strange, I would have gone the next morning to CBC and told Oh sorry, good thing I called to confirm. I sent an email to the CBC complaints something, then they said okay sorry, come and talk for 6 minutes on how G8 or G20 can help Africa. Give a dog its bone. The message is clear, was clear, as a black you are too stupid. Fine, its your property.

I watch this white family crying and praying to God, but would the CBC show a black family praying and crying to the spirit for help. The answer is no. The problem is the whites and Mugabe are the same, whites want it to appear as they are the only people who can think, even if you correct Newton, a white will usher it under the table, because in their mind it is a criminal offense for a black to correct Newton, but if a white does it, their academics get publicity for far less and careers for far less. Two racists do not correct a wrong, Mugabe is a racist, but so then are western whites.

Mugabe and the white African, well its informative, well made documentary, but, one must be careful, it is hardly neutral, the suffering of the blacks under Mugabe is like hidden, There was no racism in this world, native Americans did not chase away whites, Chinese did not, Indians did not, Africans did not, but when the whites felt comfortable and grown in numbers, they said the natives are dogs, monkeys, and stupid incredible.

All I can say, is Mugabe has not yet followed the laws of knowledge, Zimbabwe would be better than it ever was if they followed the laws of knowledge, any country would be performing at its potential peak for that moment if they follow the laws of knowledge.

South Africa: The Strike, The Contradiction

August 10 2010 marked the day that signaled South Africa's contradictions with the walkout by government workers from their jobs. These contradictions where clear for anybody to see by 1999, but they have sunk in now more than the power shortages. The ANC, was coerced by the minority elite to go into partnership with business, business that was there to cater strictly for the 5 million whites. The ANC should have been strong enough back in 1999, if not 1994 to introduce policies of economic growth, rather than putting those it considered appropriate into the boardrooms of business. Once that happened they would protect their interests. Yet a free market had it been introduced back in 1994 would have solved a lot of problems in South Africa, a country with the potential of 7 - 10% economic growth.

Now there is no money for increasing pay without damaging government finances, those who remained in government at the top level demanded private sector wages whilst working for the government that does not produce anything, a big no no, but nobody cared at the time they would quote white propaganda that all is okay, South Africa's GDP is equal to all sub Sahara put together, therefore there is nothing really to worry about, but the strike has laid all that nonsense to rest. The iron is struck whilst it is still hot, that was in 1994 - 2000, might be too late now. The unions rightly want more money, the government rightly has no money to give, what now.

There is still a chance to go to the free market and allow competition, either that or everybody must dig their trenches and defend their positions. A little humility, very difficult one can understand, and South Africa would boom, a little humility Africa would boom. However, the presidents of Africa do not see themselves as one with the people, they see themselves as part of the G20 club, the Davos club, it is no honor to go there, one is just being hoodwinked and convinced to forget their people, hence a man like Mugabe cries to be allowed to travel, when personal sanctions were ding him a favor to sit tight at home and fix that economy that a Joshua Nkomo or Lumumba would have put into the space age, he would not have been hood winked to believe he belongs in Davos club or G20 summits whilst his people are poor.

The ANC, though Tambo spoke like Nkomo clearly had other things in mind, they saw themselves as giants, no, an economy is a giant from work produced, a free market allows most work to be produced.

People will point at current debacle in western economies and say clearly I am wrong. Firstly the crises in the west right now has nothing to do with them following a free economy, Canada for example does not have a free economy, the problem facing America and Europe is not because of liberalism, it is because of exporting jobs, people who are not working can not afford new cars let alone a new house.

If South Africa does not follow the free market route, mark my words, the government will entrench itself and become more hostile, already the press is being curbed, eventually somebody must be blamed, I tell you right now, the blame will fall squarely on those who have, something will be taken to give it to those who do not have.

A true nationalist wants his people producing, a power monger wants to control the little they have and seek somebody to blame because they have no plan, just a despotic mind. The writing is not yet on the wall, but the writer is getting his hand ready to write on the wall.

Humans Must Be Evolving

If we evolved from monkeys we must be still evolving, why should evolution stop? If it has stopped then the theory of evolution is nonsense. A Kathleen McAuliffe writing for the magazine special issue from Discover entitled Origin, seems to think on the same lines. It is an interesting article but as with all these evolution stuff people will want to say they are more evolved than others then they use every trick in the book to make their statement stick. They will still ideas if those they need to say inferior, just not publish their stuff.

Kathleen however seems a pretty decent person, seems to be a pure scientist not a prank. Here is the title of her article, "Who Will We Be Tomorrow?" it starts with the caption "Humans have evolved rapidly right into modern times. But will the next set of changes evolve us away from each other?". Seemingly innocent statement, we are the same for these last hundreds of thousands of years but maybe now time for a change, biology trumped the racists who claim somehow they were endowed with superior mind power and physical power, that idea was scrapped because science and reality defeated them, no, a white non educated carpenter does not have a superior mind to a black doctor no matter what the white system says, we are all agreed that is nonsense, and Kathleen McAuliffe clearly agrees.

Then as one reads the long article one gets a to this statement, "Many scientists apparently worry that proof of divergent brain evolution could be so racially polarizing that society would almost be better off in the dark." Oh God up to the same old tricks, whose brain is developing faster, would such a person ever accept for example if a black proved that Newton was not 100% correct, of course not, some brains are evolving faster than others, one of them can proof that Newton was not 100% correct. The times are not changing. I just hope I misread the article, but I read it over again.

It's the People that matter, Fight Ignorance

There is nothing wrong with having discussions about the materially worse of countries at such gatherings as the G-8/ G-20, World Economic Forum at Davos, UNDP organized conferences, even having talks at such institutions such as the Council on Foreign Relations, this gives attention to media about the problems of the world, but the real issues is that it is people that matter.

It is fantastic at heartening to hear the agenda in say Davos include Africa, and an African head of state or head of states say something at these gatherings of the world's "elite", but the reality it is for the African people to know what they want. Pamphlets should be distributed in short form summarizing the rights of people, books should be distributed to the people summarizing their rights and how if they had these rights they would actually benefit by being allowed to participate in the economy. It is ignorance of rights that is hampering continents like Africa and Latin America and the bulk of Asia. Governments do not want them to know their rights, they must read their rights for themselves.

Most people do not have access to media, it is too expensive but if the UN could do something, the best thing it could ever do, far above digging a borehole here and there, far above defending people in human rights courts, far above a human rights court is to simply give everybody in the world a copy of the universal declaration of human rights. Every country has signed to these rights therefore these rights belong to the people. Once people are aware of their rights they will know they are being cheated by their governments, right now they do not know that they are being cheated. Next time people go to New York or Davos, they should discuss getting rid of peoples ignorance about their rights.

People should know they have the right to use their knowledge, otherwise all the grand announcements mean for very little. If not telling people their rights is not part of the agenda, there is something sinister going on, just looking good.

BBC Debate on Immigration

Today, 11 July 2010, there was an interesting debate on BBC on their program, World Debate, hosted by Nik Gowing. The debate today was entitled Matching Skills to Jobs, but mostly revolved around immigration. It was interesting to learn that there are 3 million jobs in Europe that can not be filled because the skills are not there, yet millions are unemployed. Therefore jobs are there, but people need retraining in order to fill these jobs. Can immigration fill these jobs.

Australia a success story has seen its GDP quadruple because of a successful immigration policy, immigrants are allowed to use their skills as compared to countries like Canada and Europe where immigrants are barred from using their skills.Canada 40 years ago was almost 50% richer than Australia, Australia was in the league of South Africa, then Rhodesia now Zimbabwe, Namibia. South Africa has staggered along, Zimbabwe collapsed in the last decade to be the lowest income generating country in the world, and Namibia is hobbling along, yet Australia has flourished why.

Simply Australia adhered to sound political economics as outlined by Adam Smith, and that guaranteed it adhered to the laws of knowledge as laid out in the paper, "The fundamental theory of knowledge". One of the Panelists, "Sharan Burrow", though having put forward good points clearly blundered when she suggested that there is some sort of brain drain from the poor countries to the richer countries, nothing could be further from the truth. If people where allowed to use their brains in these countries they would obviously not be compelled to leave. If they stayed there, their minds would become stagnant, if they move to where they can use their minds, they would be doing themselves a favor, obviously that means not moving to countries like Canada, where people have different body structures because a doctor from USA, or Thailand though using same text book can not practice to protect the Canadian doctor, who must be of dubious quality to rely on government protection.

This was clearly pointed out by Angel Gurría of the OECD. In fact David Arkless hit it on the nail, countries can easily fix their internal problems and reduce migration. To say there is no opportunity in poorer countries is the biggest con, there are opportunities, In Niger, Liberia, Burundi, right now, if they freed their markets and followed the laws of knowledge there will be opportunities. Governments are in the way, then people must migrate. Read the words carefully, right now there will be opportunities in the poorer regions of the world if they freed their markets and let people use their knowledge, this is a domestic doing, nobody says there should be no freedom to create in Zimbabwe, but the Zimbabwean government, nobody says in Nepal people should not create but the Nepalese government that is in the way, it is as simple as that. Incidentally, allowing people to do, means there would be greater opportunities in the poorer countries than in the richer countries.

You need money for education and man power training as pointed out by Jo Ritzen of the University of Maastrich, but first of all you need to stop controlling people the system is always babbling that they are free. Freedom, is the right to use your knowledge to survive, simple as that.

A New Breed of Bankers

The economic crises that hit it's public view when Lehman Brothers collapsed in September 2008. Economic crises are not immediate, before Lehman Brothers collapsed the sickness in the global economy was obviously building for years, nobody really wants to acknowledge that fact.

One invests in products according to risk, bankers are usually the most conservative investors, in theory at least, this is because they must repay the depositors with some interest. Banks and bankers obviously all want clients who will pay them back their money, all bankers will first chase the less risky investments, when these less risky investments run out they go down the scale until finally they are at the riskiest category. The riskiest category obviously leading to the banking chaos was the US subprime market. Why would bankers take such a risk. The answer is simple, they have to pay depositors with interest, deposits have to be active to earn the interest to pay back these depositors. Once the less risky investments go, bankers have to take the risky investments. There was no choice but to create a sub prime market, and as the less risky investments where competed away, more money poured into sub prime products, this was the nature of the banker then and now, that is what they are taught one presumes, to find a market and keep the money moving.

The current banking thinking is not entrepreneurial, it is more aristocratic, they feel they don't have to run around, the depositors come to them and the clients come to them, bankers feel they do not have to rub around. With scarcity of less risky alternatives, bankers will have to think more and more like entrepreneurs for their idle cash. When banks phone you at dinner time offering you a credit card they are trying to move idle cash, in order for it to earn interest.

All bankers understand the four types of economic markets, it is this understanding that should allow them to become more entrepreneurial in thinking. There is the markets described as perfect competition, imperfect competition, oligopoly, and monopoly.

Unless a market structure is legally monopolistic, there is always a way in to a market. The government is not efficient in organizing markets, even the anti competitive laws are usually not enough because they leave behind an oligopoly structure, that may or may not be competing. An oligopoly being better than a monopoly in that in theory there is competition.

Bankers need to be there to help start ups that have a future, that will compete profits from already established players. One is not talking about an idea being a start up, but the product must be available. This should be the highest risk bankers take. One will laugh this off, but what is better, financing sub prime where the chances are slim or a product where the chances are slim but there is a product. The product must be out there. Where does one find these products, well a banker merely looks at science magazines, goes to science fairs, a banker sees the latest in innovation, not as sketches but as real, less risky than investing in a sketch, but still risky, a cell phone made by small scale G phones needs a lot to be able to fight and make it's mark against the likes of Iphone, Samsung, Nokia, but with finance Hypothetical G phones cod do well with finance from Bank X, better than calling people and offering a credit card or wasting money on the sub prime rate. Hypothetical G phones has a better chance of paying back money and being a client even to the Investment banking side. Financial instruments that create nothing are not beneficial in the long run, good profits and bonuses at first, but as risks increase an entire financial system can collapse whilst G phones could create profits, jobs, jobs people will spend money and if bankers remember the more money people have the more that will be deposited.

It's time bankers read the likes of popular science and get in tune with what is happening, Forbes always talks about latest gadgets, so do the likes of GQ, go to science fairs, think geek, these are less risky than the likes of the sub prime rate, one success would cover 10 failures.

G8 / G20 Bank Bashing Unjustified: No Levy on Banks

The G8 meeting recently ended in Canada has once again showed populist trends by these leaders. They are looking to blame the banks once again for the financial turmoil around the world. Some crazy person has even suggested a levy on banks so that there is money for the next bailout. So they expect another bailout in 30 years time, so what, next time there should be no bailout.

The free market says if you fail let the next person do, if everybody was bailed out by governments, then what is the point of the free market. The bailout only signaled to the world, do not trust a Westerner, the gun is loaded against the upstarts, and the "big" rich guys have the government there for them. Having said all that, the financial crises is not caused by the banks, but what a rational person must question is the bailouts for failed institutions, and for failed talent, when better institutions should have been allowed to fill the gap, when better talent should have been allowed to fill the gap.

The banking crises was but the result of a long running awful economic policies by these very governments that seek to blame the banks. Banks have money and they must pay that money back to depositors. That they ended up doing silly and outrages things with depositors money is because there where no other viable investments in the respective societies. The policy of de-industrialization America and sending jobs out of America to other countries meant it was not competition that destroyed most of America's manufacturing industry, rather it was the transfer of this industry to other societies. Can somebody tell me where banks where supposed to put this money when income levels had become so lopsided and unequal in American society thanks to awful economic policy from Nixon to Bush jnr. Are banks to blame for real incomes that have not risen in 40 years in America, Banks where merely the end of a cycle that was defying logic, to bail them out was the sin, what was needed was a new type of banker, that new type of banker can not rise anymore because Bush and Obama firmly protected their masters. No matter what they say, no bank is really against this levy, the government is insuring their lack of talent for 10 generations to come, they now will be comfortable in knowing that the government will be there for them, for 10 generations they can pick and choose who they like, talent has never had anything to do with banking, mostly the economy is going up.

Let the free market be and bankers can reinvent themselves as a new fresh breed would have done, but obviously this was not allowed. The new type of banker would actually have relied more on knowledge and intuition rather than contacts.

Bankers are not to blame for this crises, misinterpretation of globalization and trade is the cause of this crises, wake up.

Obama Letter to G20 Makes Simple Economic Logic

President Obama of the USA recently sent a letter to those who call themselves the G20 who will be meeting in Toronto as of today, Toronto is a city in Canada, Canadians have spent a billion dollars for this 3 - 4 day meeting and get together.

In the letter, Obama rightly or wrongly called for China to let its currency float more, to reflect what Obama believes would be the currencies true value, his advisers obviously believe the Chinese currency is undervalued, given the economic circumstances today. But more so, he has called on countries to increase their internal demand and not over rely on exports. This logic definitely agrees with the logic of knowledge economics.

I touched on some of this logic back in December 2008. Though obviously attacking Germany and China, its political, but we must ask ourselves why do we trade. We trade for things that we dot have, Americans like Mercedes Benz and BMW, they are better than anything Ford makes, surely Americans have the right to purchase these makes of automobiles. That is trade.

But it is greed and short term foresight when a factory closes in the USA to open up a branch in say China, Vietnam, Zimbabwe or Kenya because wages are lower there. And then re - export the goods to the USA, that is not trade, it is a short term fix for profits, what happens to those people laid of in the USA, Canada or Europe, what then do they do, if every manufacturing company does it, in the long run, a permanent underclass will be created in the USA, Europe, and Canada. That is not what we want, we want the world to move ahead not at somebodies expense, but at every-bodies gain.

If a toothpaste manufacturer for example closes in the USA and relocates in Vietnam and reexports the toothpaste, it is just greed of the manufacturer who is looking at short term profits at the expense of his nation, the country will not have time to adapt to such a shock. However, if Vietnam makes better toothpaste than the toothpaste in America, then for sure, one should purchase the toothpaste from Vietnam. Vietnam though should not expect manufacturers to relocate to Vietnam, the way they did for China, that eventually led to the housing crises, unemployed people, or underemployed people can not afford more goods and services, it is just a fact. People are not happy doing 2 or 3 jobs, they want 1 job, that is enough. They are human beings. Yet economists have been awarded prizes for suggesting that relocating to a cheap manufacturing base makes sense. In the long run it will never.

This is why for trade to be effective, all societies must allow their citizens to use their knowledge and create goods and services, so that trade can be more natural and economies will not be shocked, The fall of Detroit was gradual, the Japanese and Germans made better cars, but the American economy had time to adapt and find jobs for these people. However what created the housing crises was a shock to the system, relocating in Mexico, China, Thailand ultimately cost, because people could not find jobs, there was no competition, it was the same product made by the same company in another part of the world, no better product came on the market. Ultimately the middle class of North America are those that suffered, and if this continues, a permanent underclass in North America, and Europe will be created, in the long run there will be political upheavals. Hungry people are easily irritated, especially when they see rich people around the corner having a good life. if everybody is poor than there would be no upheaval, but that is not the case.

Vietnam recently joined the WTO, for it to succeed, it must encourage its peoples to make better products, not desire relocation of industry to Vietnam from USA and Europe, that is what trade is, at its basic trade is just an exchange of knowledge, a good is just useful knowledge. For knowledge to be most effective, it must first satisfy its local market, having domestic support means that the knowledge can continue to grow in case there are problems in or with the trading partners. Vietnam must recognize Obama's message is political, but to the wise, it makes the best long run sense. Increase domestic demand, and let that demand be filled by domestic knowledge where domestic knowledge can satisfy it.

Human attention span is small, much more can be written, but hopefully one understands what I am saying.

equal Protection from law stems from same reasoning as equal punishment for a crime, if one robs a prince he/ she is punished equally if they rob a pauper. Though if we use proportionate punishment they should likely pay more for robbing a pauper, who has far less than a prince. That is besides the point, the point is the law should offer equal protection to the prince as well as to the pauper. It follows again that punishment should be equal for murdering a prince or if one murdered a pauper. The law should be as diligent in looking for one who robbed or murdered a pauper as they are diligent in looking for one who robbed or murdered a prince, after all, all are equal before the law. Does this happen, all too often not, but again this is not the focus of our discussion, survival is the focus of this discussion.

The law should protect all equally in the right to survive as best as possible within their means. The law for all to be truly equal before the law in a given society must allow the prince and the pauper equal rights to use their abilities. If the prince is allowed to do a certain activity for his survival, if the pauper is able to, the law should not be there to prevent the pauper from competing with the prince.

Survival to the best of ones abilities depends on the knowledge that one possesses. It is the knowledge that we have that allows us to undertake a task, even the most menial of task needs our minds to know what they are doing, one will not just dig a hole for no purpose, worse when the so called best minds ask somebody to dig a hole for no purpose, pay that somebody and expect there to be economic progress, why not let the person stay at home and pay them rather than going through a charade. Money is backed solely by production in the long run even if charlatans say in the long run we are all dead, if boosting an economy was as simple as digging holes for no purpose, the world would be filled with billionaires, if we all dug holes for no reason and got paid, where would we get food from, who would make the cars, the computers, televisions, and all the goods, that money would not be worth the tree that was cut down to make it. We therefore need knowledge to make useful goods and services, to undertake meaningful tasks that we can exchange for something else. Digging a trench to place electric cables makes sense, digging a trench just to merely cover it up makes no sense, it is nonsense.

For the survival of a society, individuals need to undertake meaningful tasks, and the best person for that task must be allowed to undertake that task. The law can not decide who is the best person, their knowledge needs to be tested, it is tested as has been well known and articulated by Adam Smith through a process of competition.

Once a law is in place limiting competition, the prince has immediately received preferential treatment from the law, everybody else with knowledge in that field can no longer compete with this aristocracy. A society will protect it's banks, it's communications sector, it's engineers, doctors, it's mass media, its casinos from competition only to protect those it considers it's aristocracy. Yet was is a casino, anybody can open a casino if they so desired, a deck of cards in a basement is a casino. What is a bank, it is literally just an institution to deposit ones money, a safe in a basement is a bank. A bank borrows from the public and lends money in the hope they can lend money at a higher interest rate than what they pay the public. Why should one beg to work in a bank when they can easily start their own and over time prove to the public that they are better than others. What if they are not the so called right fit, should they then forsake their knowledge because the do not follow the ideology of the protected banks, because they are the wrong race, because they are the wrong sex, because they are from the wrong class, a pauper class, if they have the knowledge the law should stand aside and say go ahead. To open a bank you need nothing more than a safe, you do not need even $10, just a safe and say you will protect peoples money. Think about it, when you borrow money from a bank and agree to pay back a certain percentage, you are being a bank. Most people pay that money off, why could they not just have borrowed the money from the public at lower interest rates, if their luck was with them, because certainly they had the skills of a banker. These controls are just there to protect the princess, if they where real princes they would be talented enough not to need protection from the law. But they are of course charlatans, if they where princess they would have been taught by their aristocratic parents all the nitty gritty.

Look at the banking crises in America, princess Goldman Sachs and the others called themselves when finally their knowledge was proved to be short the laws where changed to bail them out, the more talented smaller brokers got nothing, the law protected the so called prince over and above the pauper, that is not equality before the law.

Equality before the law means the law does not favor any above the other. This must be understood, it does not mean the government should not operate in the economy though that is desirable, but if the government does intervene, it must intervene equally for all, if the government says it subsidizes a sector, all in that sector must benefit, that could cost too much, it spud be better the government does not subsidize.

The main point however is that if X can use his/ her knowedge to undertake a task, so can Y. Simply if Peter can use his knowledge in a certain task, so can Paul. If the law protects Peter from Paul, Peter is more equal than Paul so to say.

What does it take to create a telecommunications company, at it's most basic it takes connecting 2 people with a wire and charging them. saying it must be the prince who is allowed and nobody else is pure evil, what if the pauper can do it better but the law prevents him, that is not only evil directed towards the pauper, the true prince, but evil directed towards the society at large, the law is saying to he'll with the people, to he'll with society they will use our princes service no matter what, even though the pauper could have given a better service, because he had better knowledge.

Our survival depends on the knowledge we posses, the society will always be better of by allowing the best to use their knowledge, only the people, not a select group of aristocrats like those at Goldman Sachs, can decide who is better. The American model driven by Goldman Sachs and Bank of America and Barclay's is not a model for a world that believes in equality before the law, it is as crude as Stains, Trotskys model for the world, a dictatorship of the proletariat who decides who can use their knowledge, masquerading as people who believe in freedom, the bailout was a revolution and the proletariat succeeded, wolfs in sheepskin clothing.

If the law bars you from using your knowledge, that society is inherently evil, look at the history of that society, where are they coming from, most likely people who thought they are better than other people who thought the world belongs to them, evil runs in their blood, hypocrites of the worst order and they teach the world evil.

Freedom is simply if the prince can undertake a certain activity so can the pauper the society will decide whose knowledge is better, what is the difference between a doctor from USA, UK, South Africa, Canada, Malawi, Russia when they are using similar textbooks, are veins somehow different in say Canada, if somebody says yes they are evil of the first order. Engineers all over the world are using similar text books, if somebody say a kiloton on Germany is more than a kiloton in Zimbabwe they are beyond our comprehension of evil, only evil can deny knowledge and proof when it is in front of it, the Catholic church wAs a supreme evil when it hounded Galileo, arrogance is not the right word, evil is. They where all fighting knowledge, protecting the prince from the pauper.

In reality they where just afraid of their betters, they knew it then they know it now, they fear the fact that an atom in Spain behaves exactly the same in Tanzania.

They are afraid of the truth, the truth is there is a right and a wrong not the shades of gray they advocate.

Current Financial Crises: Not the End of the World

First week of June 2010 witnessed widespread panic in the financial markets of the USA, Europe and the world in general, there is great fear out there. The Euro zone is in debt, the USA is in even bigger debt, California is broke, giving out IOU's to the civil servants that some banks are now refusing to cash. But it is still not the end of the world.

People still need to eat, people must eat, food must be grown and sold, that alone is some assurances that the world economic system will not collapse though there might be significant structural changes. Food will sold, food must travel through the distribution network meaning some jobs in the large part are more or less guaranteed. We still need clothing, we might spend less on clothing, but humans for the large part are not going to be walking around naked. People are used to things and they will not get rid of those uses, women still need tampons, it has become a mental necessity, but it is not a necessity for survival, therefore women will continue to but tampons, tampon manufacturers will not lay every body off. People need to get to work, they need fuel, great public transport does not beat the luxury of one having their own transport, it is far from over.

However, in the next two decades there will be massive structural changes to the global economy that might keep real wages under pressure. Real wages will not see any significant changes in the West, they will be falling, however in places like India and China, millions of new consumers are being added, that is good for corporations and pension funds. Real wages might come under pressure, but pensions will survive. The Indian economy grew significantly, above 7%, new labor must be added to the Indian market, more people will want soap, toothpaste, shampoo, Johnson and Johnson probably a good company to look at. These people will want phones, internet access, better quality food, if there is free trade we will make it through these next two decades, and then we will gradually see real wages begin to rise all over the world, especially in the West. Gone are the days when a union member worked and wife stayed at home, real wages have at least fallen by a third in the west since the sixties, some economists think more, half.

It is frightening, but it is not the end of the world. If Africa comes aboard, real wages will rise faster all over the world sooner rather than later, but unfortunately nobody can see that, they see Africa as a threat, and blacks in general.

Even if the US dollar and Euro become useless, the worlds economy will move ahead, fiat money can be over printed, but with steady global leadership, we will continue to take on much needed trade, and this trade will grow. I am not worried about the future global economy, as long as there is some semblance to freedom, we will hobble along. Again growth will be faster if there was a free market, particularly in the financial sector. Humans can be strange, there is a crises, instead of taking the opportunity to deregulate more, there is screams for more regulations, this must be fought, fought at every inch, let people go now, the time for deregulation is now, stop creating a global police state.

Upon hearing the news that North Korea was responsible for South Koreas war ship sinking from the media it was a frightining moment, surely South Korea would not let that go, they where justified, here is real war. Not being a great fan of North Korea, solely for the reason that they will not let their people be free and be creative, seek knowledge, do their part, North Korea to me is like Africa, a waste of human potential. I was praying that China rebuke North Korea in the strongest sense possible, a wake up call, it never happaned, then ...

South Korea is a country with giant conglorometes like Samsung, Hyundia, LG. They are a leader in the electronics field, so what happaned to their war ship. South Korea is constantly alert from the perceived dangers from North Korea, why was these sophisticated war ship not alert. Surely a torpedo would raise alarms and they would immediatly call their naval base that they are under attack, surely Samsung, Hyundai, and LG can. make sophisticated radar to alert the crew that they are u der attack, what then went wrong, a glitch in the system, a stealth torpedo not likely. Left me with one conclusion it was staged between South Korea and the incompetent CIA, only good for murdering millions of civilians in Africa and South America. CIA is only good for pulling other people back in order to push agenda that everybody is stupid except a white westerner. Now if I can see that it was a hoax, the Chinese can also see it, that is more frightening that the West does not rest until the world bows to them. I catergoryly say North Korea is evil, but the I competent CIA and western intteligence services are just as evil.

Don't even try to fool me that South Korea's warships cam not detect an incoming torpedo, stop this evil. But China should let North Korea collapse, why should people suffer and not contribute to the worlds knowlege base if they want to, or just surf at the beach if they want.

Believe in Free Market and Money not the Same Thing

Many people, including most economists, modern day philosophers, confuse the believe in money and the free market, they could not be more wrong.

Dictators believe in money, they will do anything for money and ensure they have no competition. This follows with the likes of Goldman Sachs, mobsters, they all believe in money, none of them believe in the free market. Every senator who is paid off (in case of America, all of them), every parliamentarian who is paid off, every president or prime minister who acts for business (business and the people are not the same no matter what Forbes, fortune, and New York Post say in their propaganda), believes in money not the free market. The Junta in Burma believes in money, not the free market, all African governments believe in money not the free market. All these people ensure the deck is stacked in their favour and ensure yhey have no competition, in the likes of the bankers if they lose they just get money from the corrupt governments they sponsor, in case of mobster they kill the competition, in case of African governments it is just illegal to compete with their cronies, these people believe in money.

Those who believe in the free market on the other hand believes in freedom, and making money to the best of your ability is a part of that freedom, a very different viewpoint from the Western banker who believes in cronyism and when the worst fail Fox television network that they sponsor through adverts will say the most talented failed, even though everybody knows they where not talented at Goldman Sachs, that is why they got money from the government they sponsor, that is why they had no guilt about promoting products they had bet would fail.

Those who believe in the free market on the other hand understand that in order for freedom to thrive, there must be competition, because it is not competition that is the primary goal, but the right for others to choose how they want to make a living as equal citizens, something that US senators have never believed in hence had no qualms in supporting dictatorships then in the past and today, all their friends are dictators. The western economist not believing in freedom but money insists on making environment good for western business but never mention that there needs to be freedom within the society, hence Thailand during cold war recieved western investment but never ensured freedom of competition is now paying the price, hence the mad riots but never a complaint from Washington saying they do not understand what is happening, Obama understands, he just will not say, he can not put sanctions for the military coup because it would mean those who believe in money and have sponsored him will suffer, because freedom has never been their goal. I mean these are the people who can say Castro is evil for kicking out the mafia. He might be evil, who knows, but kicking out the mobsters surely was a good thing, what's wrong with these Western whites, freedom is when mobsters run an economy, as long as they pay their bribes. Yet the US confiscates mob property everyday but want them to have property in Cuba, they after all took Las Vegas from the mob, gave it to their own connected people like Donald Trump, a gangstar by any measure.

All mobsters need arms, from the us government to the dictators in Africa, as for Canada, they have believe in money down to an art, no innovation anyone who can think is dangerous, we must control everything, they believe in money no different than a military Junta, taking a life and a soul are very similar.

Believe in the free market, believe in freedom, making money is a small part of freedom, don't be fooled by these mobsters. Richard Fine who exposed that judges are being paid off is in Jail for 14 months, they legally pay of judges in the USA as in what we are told happens in dictatorships, they are already here.

Believe in the free market not in money, money is not God that you should do anything for.

As top Federal Reserve officials debated whether there was a housing bubble and what to do about it, then-Chairman Alan Greenspan argued that the dissent should be kept secret so that the Fed wouldn't lose control of the debate to people less well-informed than themselves.

"We run the risk, by laying out the pros and cons of a particular argument, of inducing people to join in on the debate, and in this regard it is possible to lose control of a process that only we fully understand," Greenspan said, according to the transcripts of a March 2004 meeting.

At the same meeting, a Federal Reserve bank president from Atlanta, Jack Guynn, warned that "a number of folks are expressing growing concern about potential overbuilding and worrisome speculation in the real estate markets, especially in Florida. Entire condo projects and upscale residential lots are being pre-sold before any construction, with buyers freely admitting that they have no intention of occupying the units or building on the land but rather are counting on 'flipping' the properties--selling them quickly at higher prices."

Had Guynn's warning been heeded and the housing market cooled, the financial collapse of 2008 could have been avoided. But his comment was kept secret until Friday, when the central bank released the transcripts of Federal Open Market Committee meetings for 2004 and CalculatedRisk spotted it. The transcripts for 2005 to the present are still secret.

"The substantial run-up in house prices, which we have followed in Florida and also see in the populous Northeast and West Coast of the United States, may be at least partially attributable to unusually low mortgage rates influenced by our very accommodative policy," Guynn warned.

But when the Fed released contemporaneous minutes of the meeting, the bank downplayed Guynn's concerns.

"Reports from some contacts suggested that speculative forces might be boosting housing demand in some parts of the country, with concomitant effects on prices, suggesting the possibility that house prices might be moving into the high end of the range that could be consistent with fundamentals," reads the minutes, which were released to the public several weeks after the meeting.

Note the qualifiers "might be," "suggesting the possibility," "might be," "could be." In the real world that Guynn described there is nothing whatsoever "consistent with fundamentals" that could explain "buyers freely admitting that they have no intention of occupying the units or building on the land but rather are counting on 'flipping' the properties."

The release of the transcripts comes at a bad time politically for the Federal Reserve, as it works to prevent Congress from authorizing the Government Accountability Office to audit the central bank.

The audit language has already passed the House, despite White House and Fed opposition, and a Senate amendment by Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) is gaining momentum, cosponsored as of Monday morning by ten Republicans and five Democrats.

But the Fed also benefits from the timing. "Transcripts of meetings for an entire year are released to the public with a five-year lag," according the Fed's own policy. Had the transcripts been released on time, they could have influenced the confirmation of Ben Bernanke for a second term as chairman. Meanwhile, the Fed policy of releasing a full year at once deprives the public of transcripts from the first four months of 2005, which are now five years old. A Fed spokeswoman tells HuffPost those transcripts will be available at roughly this time next year.

At the same March meeting, Bernanke said that he had reviewed the transparency policies of foreign central banks and found that other banks were more forthcoming. "It seems to me that we might want to consider the possibility of providing the public with some type of regular financial stability report, perhaps as part of the Monetary Policy Report to the Congress or in some other existing venue or perhaps as a stand-alone document," Bernanke suggested. More than five years later, with Bernanke now chairman, that report has yet to be made public, though the Fed did create an inter-divisional internal working group on financial stability.

Other than the passing mention of speculation, the March minutes imply that the meeting participants had a rosy outlook on the housing bubble. "Activity in the housing market moderated in January and February from its elevated pace in the fourth quarter. Single-family housing starts and permits stepped down, although both measures remained above their average levels of the first three quarters of 2003," the minutes read. "Overall, expenditures were supported by sizable gains in real disposable personal income and increases in household wealth owing to rising home and equity prices. ... Committee members noted that activity in the housing sector, while still quite elevated, had fallen back from its extraordinary pace of late last year."

But there were indications from others that housing prices were getting out of hand. "A second concern is that policy accommodation -- and the expectation that it will persist -- is distorting asset prices. Most of this distortion is deliberate and a desirable effect of the stance of policy," said Federal Reserve Board Vice Chairman Don Kohn, meaning that low interest rates were artificially propping up housing prices. "But as members of the Committee have been pointing out, it's hard to escape the suspicion that at least around the margin some prices and price relationships have gone beyond an economically justified response to easy policy. House prices fall into this category."

The suspicion that Kohn says is hard to escape doesn't appear in the minutes; rather, it only appears in the transcripts that were released on Friday. While the House debated a measure to authorize an audit of the Fed, Kohn personally lobbied against it. He has since announced his resignation.

The president of the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston, Cathy Minehan, also voiced concerns. "New England's rate of inflation, as measured by the Boston CPI, is rising much faster than the nation's, largely because of a 6.3 percent increase in shelter costs versus a year ago. The high price of housing worries many in the region who find that hiring the skilled workers they need in health care, for example, is made even more difficult by high housing costs," she said. While conceding that raising interest rates could come with its own risks, she argued: "I think the costs to us in terms of credibility would be greater if the situation got out of hand on the upside."

Even Tim Geithner, then president of the New York Fed, raised concerns. "[T]he issue has been raised by [Federal Open Market Committee] Vice Chairman Geithner and others that our current policy stance may contribute to potential financial imbalances down the road," then-Vice Chairman Ben Bernanke said, according to the transcript, before dismissing such concerns. ("Imbalance," of course, is a gentle term to describe what the housing crash ultimately wrought.)

Three months later, participants at the June meeting were still concerned. Stephen Oliner, the Fed's associate research director, showed the committee a chart of the growing disparity between home and rent prices, the most obvious indication of a housing bubble. Roger Ferguson, a Fed vice chairman, asked about a footnote in the chart that said the graph had been adjusted to reflect biases in the trends, according to the transcript. Oliner described the adjustments as "technical."

"Had we not adjusted for them, the rent-to-price ratio would have been much lower at the end point. So it would have looked more alarming," he said. Oliner also flipped the housing line upside down so that it's not shooting off into the sky and is instead descending. "I don't want to leave the impression that we think there's a huge housing bubble. We believe a lot of the rise in house prices is rooted in fundamentals. But even after you account for the fundamentals, there's a part of the increase that is hard to explain," said Oliner.

Jeff Lacker, president of the Richmond Federal Reserve Bank, was also curious about the chart. "Just to follow up on what Roger was asking about the panel in chart three on housing valuations. In that panel the relative movement of the two measures is somewhat key to at least the intuitive persuasiveness of the argument that housing might be overvalued," said Lacker. A laugh was then had by Greenspan and the other committee members about the confusing chart.

"You can't trust them to do it right!" Greenspan cracked, according to the transcript. No reference to the chart appears in the June minutes.

Instead, the minutes reflect Greenspan and Bernanke's position that the rise in housing prices was nothing to worry about. Here's what the Fed's minutes told the public: "In housing markets, activity had remained at generally high levels, with only a few signs that rising mortgage rates were beginning to hold down sales and construction. There was evidence in some areas that inventories of unsold homes had risen. Members noted that persisting overall strength in housing might to some extent be a response to expectations of further increases in mortgage rates, implying that a slowdown might be likely later in the year."

Reading "Popular Science" magazine one finds an article being fearful of the conspiracy for China to rule the electric car market by mid decade.

The article is presented as if the Chinese are evil plotters, but when the Western white dominates an industry it is good, it is the natural order of things. But trade is about us giving and taking, it seems the West only supports trade when they are the only beneficiaries. On one hand we are told trade is great, on the other hand others who want to improve their lot like China are evil plotters, it's mind boggling such kind of reasoning.

Whites just need to grow up, some are, I mean millions voted for Obama, but everywhere they are usually fighting a racial war. The world should say, Western whites are plotting to dominate the world because when ever anybody does something, they feel threatened. You can not have this world it belongs to all, sorry you racists, we are all human, you are superior to nobody but yourself, you are not superior to the world, there is no Chinese conspiracy, they are just trading, suddenly that is not the way to peace, unless a Westerner dominates, you have enough, USA, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, all places where the original owners were killed off, you have other peoples share, be happy, why want the world. Please stop being evil, stop being like google, the perfect example of Western evil. Obviously you do not want to trade with the world, unless you dominate that outcome.

Western whites have to grow up, everybody is a human, let us trade and stop being fearful of other races, otherwise, you will lose, the Westerner is the one who must win trust of the world, never the other way round.

New Lizard Discovered

Quoting from a yahoo article by Jim Gomez about a large lizard discovered in Philippines is a new species. "Researchers have concluded that a giant, golden-spotted monitor lizard discovered in the forested mountains of the Philippines six years ago is a new species, according to a study released Wednesday.

The 6.5-foot (2-meter) -long lizard was first spotted in 2004 in the Sierra Madre mountains on the main island of Luzon when local researchers saw local Agta tribesmen carrying one of the dead reptiles." Obviously there is a problem here. These researchers who discovered this new species saw local tribesmen carrying one of the dead reptiles. How can you discover something somebody else is carrying.

The article goes further, "Eric R. Pianka, a lizard expert at the University of Texas at Austin, said in an email interview that it was an "incredible find."

"This is truly a spectacular discovery," Pianka said. "Worldwide, there are about 60-plus species of monitor lizards. In all probability, some as yet undescribed species will be found on various islands in Indonesia," he said." Obviously Eric Pianka has lost his marbles, confirming the discovery at the University of Texas, Austin. I keep saying, and warning, Westerners want to claim they discovered everything, even when you see a local tribesmen carrying it, it is the Westerner who discovers it. They are sick with envy and jealousy, because here is a clear lie, you can't discover something that somebody else already knows, instead of saying we learnt of this new specis from the local people, they try to make them less than them calling them local tribesman first, in order to justify it in their mind that they did not learn from these local people. The Mind, the Good Luck Charm

A friend of mine received a good luck charm from some Christian Organization, the cover stated God prompted me to send this to you.Dangerous hocus pocus for those who believe, if an individual, maybe okay, but a society, that society will collapse.

The mind is more powerful than any talisman, it is non physical it is part of you. The mind is the good luck charm, the society that believes this will generally have more good luck than a society that believes a stone will feed them, or a society that believes some other unknown force will feed them without them having to do anything but pray. If a society refuses to use the mind, that society will believe either some sort of talisman will save the society, or worse, that another society will save them, or doubly worse that ones who oppress them will save them.

Find a society with over 25% unemployment in good years and rest assured that either the government there is extremely oppressive and does not allow people to use their mind, and you will find a lot of superstition, and in worst cases some people saying stuff like its African science, what nonsense when one believes mystery magic will solve the ills of a society, will feed the poor, will allow people to work.

Any society with unemployment of over 25% is a society that has bad luck, bad luck because they did not use the mind the proper way, to survive, and kept the mind dull with superstitions. A dull mind can not tap into the energy of the knowledge plain, it even denies that such a plain exists, it believes things are non changing even though they can see the change around them, they are flying in planes yet do not believe in heavier than air flight.

A dull mind is the mind of the controlled, the one who believes whites are superior but themselves have never invented anything, the one who shouts political slogans without understanding them, the one envious of those better because they themselves can not contribute and therefore need to pretend to have contributed by saying the inventor of this and that belonged to their race, and at the end because their minds are dull and they themselves have bad luck, steal the luck of others because they fear, and claim that those others who used their minds can not possibly comprehend what they are saying it must belong to one of us, and they steal it.

That is why the free market is best, but the likes of Goldman Sachs, Barclays can not allow that, and rely on their control of puppets like Obama, Bush to save them when they have bad luck because they did not use their minds properly. But they will be back shouting we are the best, never admitting they are thieves though everybody knows they are thieves. The Forbes magazines are going to shout for free market, but when they where tested and found their minds had blundered the same Forbes magazine said what George Bush is doing is revolutionary, saving Goldman Sachs,Bank of America because they had bad luck because they did not use their minds. There is nothing an American or Western leader can do for the world besides try to rob it, be he white or black, be he a he or a she, they are all the symbols of the public leader of thieves, in every sense of the word. It was this last financial crises that tested their believes, it was all a lie believe in the free market just to tell people they have a chance if they work harder, but when they lose, their puppets will coming running to save them, Clinton, Obama, Bush, then they will say you who tells the truth are a fool, join the theft, yet every single white man, in the west be he a so called Christian or an atheist wants to join, only shouting evil because they are on the refusing end. The lowly union leader gives his friends jobs, just as Goldman Sachs gives it friends jobs, but the lowly union leader will say Goldman Sachs is evil not realizing he is just like them. Hence both the union and Goldman Sachs fear the market, but Goldman Sachs has the luxury through brothers in the media to pretend to like the market until of course the shit hits the fan.

The market can only be guaranteed in the constitution, it is not in any society, no society guarantees that type of freedom, hence Goldman Sachs and co receiving billions for not doing anything at all, then they have a nerve to preach to somebody on this earth, and Obama has the guts to say he came with change, offshore oil drilling, a health bill to feed the insurance companies he just bailed out, that is change and the example to the world. He is an abomination and spineless.

To get the best results of a free mind there needs to be the free market guaranteed in the constitution, the world order is not a solid matter, the society guaranteeing the free market will be the eventual winner, do not listen to hypocrites, the more free the minds, the more luck that society will have, it is the mind that opens the gates.

Ethiopia and the Electric Car

Recently Ethiopia, the country well known for Hunger and political turmoil, unveiled an electric car. A job well done.

However, Ethiopia has received unprecedented discouragement, from the world. Africa has no need for an electric car, there will be shortages of electricity. This kind of discouragement should be expected from the white controlled media. These people of course refuse the fact, or will never want to acknowledge the fact that Ethiopia can export these cars to other parts of the world outside Africa. Or is this fact the real fear, because such a car is supposed to be manufactured in a place in their mind like Canada, USA, or England, definitely not in Ethiopia, a country they need to be starving in order to say they have no mind there, we need to send food aide.

In the BBC article, Wayne Batty, senior writer at South Africa's Topcar magazine, argues vehemently to such a development in Africa,Wayne Batty bbeing white presumably feels that Africans should not endeavor in such things, it is too dangerous in his vision of Africans that he needs to export to the world.

In fact throughout Africa's mixing with western Europeans this has been the plan, to make sure African's see themselves as helpless and need a white mind to help them move forward. Hence people like Lumumba who said we Africans can stand was destroyed by the West. Hence a Joshua Nkomo who led a liberation movement in Zimbabwe known as ZAPU, had to be destroyed because his organization included intellectuals,nuclear scientists, his taking over would have meant Zimbabweans would do it for themselves and this of course was a no no, hence need for people like Mugabe, Kenyatta and Mandela who would win the hearts of the West by saying, Africans need the skills of whites. Whilst those hated by the West said Africans can create their own and trade with the West, a no no then, and a no no today, the western white wants to act like he alone is the original thinker stealing the minds of the world, but the westerner will always say, ah, but we want to trade with you, meaning not even one word, they want you to sell natural resources to them and never make anything out of them, that is what they mean by trade, hence their anger towards China today. But whilst you are in Asia, or Africa through the propaganda you would think the westerners have some sort of heart where none in reality actually exist.

Hence the West in its plans would let a perceived ally like the Shah of Iran to collapse because of the vision he had for Iran, and allow the Ayatollah to take over because though a fundamental enemy of western thought, the Ayatollah would take Iran backwards for a while, whilst the Shah would take it forward and eventually would not take orders from the west as it moves forward.The Shah unfortunately for him was a nationalist, to be a true western ally you must put your peoples interest below theirs.

Now Ethiopia is doing exactly what they are not supposed to do, hence the discouragement, from people who do not understand knowledge, especially knowledge economics. Even if Ethiopia fails in its aims, they will have knowledge, and the beauty of knowledge is that the more you investigate the more you get.

Three cheers for this electric car initiative from Ethiopia, what have the blacks who criticize this done, those moderates who are loved because they have no original thoughts of their own.

You Can't Always Get What You Want

What has this to do with knowledge and the material progression of humanity? Well a lot is the answer. Reading the article in Popular Science magazine by Jeremy Hsu entitled, "Algae Used to Produce Green Plastics, Sans Petroleum." The first sentence reads, "Algae - derived plastics could cut more than half of the petroleum currently used in traditional production." Traditional of course meaning plastics from petroleum. It is a great vision, it is the greatness of a vision that leads people to do the extraordinary. Plastics derived from algae to save the environment, save the earth, save humanity, and get a decent reward for the effort is driven by q great vision. Cereplast, the firm that has undertaken the research hopes to be well rewarded for it's efforts, that is what they want.

However, many times the market does not agree with what we want, with what you want. It will of course, realistically speaking, take time if ever for algae based plastics to be competitive with petroleum based plastics, even though algae grows in abundance. It will take time meaning you can't always get what you want. However, surely there will be a market for algae based plastics, 100% renewable, Cereplast will get what it needs, if it has covered it's patent base. They want to dominate the market but they will get their niche, they hopefully will get what they need.

If you try, sometimes you get what you need should be remembered by all those who are have extraordinary vision. Increasing the knowledge base is done by a very few extraordinary percentage of the earths human population, hence envy and jealousy that they face. These extraordinary visionaries who strive must remember that one does not always get what they want, but usually they will get what they need through all the drag, therefore do not conform for the sake of conforming, keep researching, the break through will come and you will get what you need.

Where are the Sanctions on Thailand

The Western White man is beyond a hypocrite. Where are the sanctions on the key alley Thailand that witnessed a military coup, but not a single word of protest from Washington, Ottawa, London, Paris, but they will be shouting all day about how they are too be trusted.

Westerners must prove to the world they can be trusted, the last time anybody trusted them, the worst murder in history took place in Canada, USA and Australia, murder because the word genocide and holocaust are too small to convey to what happened to Native Americans, it was a murder spree. They want everything and the military coup in Thailand was obviously good for business. A Bank is Just a Depository Institution

A bank is a business unit that holds deposits. Banks build goodwill over time as trusted depository institutions. One deposits their money in whomever they trust.

In India today, I was watching a businessman talking about the future of banking, on how statistics show that the new middle class in India prefers to deposit their money in locally owned banks rather than foreign banks like HSBC or Barclays. There is no law forcing them to do this, there is no law forcing HSBC, Barclays or Standard Chartered to give up their stakes to locals, rather the locals themselves chose to trust their own, hence moving deposits to Indian controlled banks because they trust their kind. It took over half a century of getting rid of the colonial mindset, but India has got rid of it, the Westerner can not create wealth for you. The Westerner in general is a bad partner, who places the material over everything else. Take Microsoft, it has a new program, Windows 7, the new word program Microsoft Works word processor is not compatible with the old Microsoft word document. This is done on purpose so that one keeps spending. Yet Microsoft is admired by every Westerner, when a society admires thieves, there is a problem. The Indian and Chinese have seen through the illusion, only a fool can trust a thief, but the thief needs massive propaganda to say actually its just business. But one does not need to steal from a thief that makes one worse than the thief. Open your own bank and find your own customers. A thief in most cases will not allow competition, like the Canadian banks, but in Africa, the depository institutions are dominated by colonial set ups, don’t steal from them just deposit money in your own institutions, if you can not trust another African then the colonial programming has been successful.

Gono, the Zimbabwean Reserve bank governor has at last seen some light. You can not demand Barclays to give any stake to anybody, apply for a banking license and it will be 100% owned by Africans, if people believe in themselves they will move their deposits from Barclays and Standard Chartered to locally owned banks, that is fair. If one is so colonially damaged and believe knowledge comes from a Westerner, then, The Canadians, English, Australians, Germans are laughing their heads off, that means they can do anything to a bunch of fools. One will end up believing a white Canadian can come and clean their water for them, sheer nonsense.

Build up your institutions and be proud of them, stealing can not make one proud, arrogant because of the free money, but proud, I doubt it. Zimbabwe does not need to take even 1% from the colonial banks, Zimbabweans should build up their own banks. On that score Mugabe proves that he believes Africans can not do anything except take from a white, from a Westerner, that Africans can only survive by stealing from a thief., he should listen to his governor, he is there to give advise.

A Book is Better than a Paper

I have just finished reading an economist journal from the Grand Ol USA, great journal, it keeps me in touch with the current economist lingo that is out there. A lot of the papers had absolutely nothing new to say, most talking about the economic crisis that grips the world today. One paper about 22 pages long had over 60 references. That blew my mind away, this person it means had not a single original idea, a sponge that could only say so and so said this or that, I will never know exactly what he thinks, just a mish mash of this and that guys brain, sad.

The idea of writing a paper in my point of view, my opinion, should be to get new ideas out, now when so called great institutions like Harvard and University of Chicago are afraid out of their wits of new ideas then economics will turn out in the future to be the dismal science that it was accused of being so many decades ago. Journals are not meant to be the entrance where any acquaintance can come and regurgitate what somebody else said, that defeats their purpose, there are newspapers for that. I guess fear keeps all in check, unfortunately economics is dead in the West, unless of course one refuses to think and merely regurgitates Adams Smith, Marx, Friedman, Hayek, Samuelson, but one must refuse to acknowledge heir own mind, pick up any journal.

Having said this you can not be stupid enough to ask them and pay them about the way forward.

A book is better to read because in the most part a human has space enough to let out their own thoughts, what they think rather than hat 500 other people think who he is afraid to leave out or he will not get published. I will never quote unnecessary, published yes in India and that is why Westerners steal my work because it is original, the Westerner in his great racial war of course just takes, don't send your child to Yale for knowledge, send them to Yale for connections.There are many mid sized universities where the professors are presumably humble and will therefore allow free thought not mere regurgitation for the sake of supporting their egos.

End of 2010 Winter Olympic Games

Just finished the final competition for the Vancouver winter games, a fascinating well organized event.

Canada beat the USA in the hockey game and Crosby ended up a legend because of the golden goal. I personally though love the speed skating and thoroughly enjoyed myself. The olympics a reminder of times gone by when human endurance was always tested. Usually however the discipline it takes to have such endurance leads to a better life, more fullfilling.

But I can tell you this, humanity needs such sports events, to relax and forget the real racial, political and ethnic wars that are a daily part of this world. Canadians are not such a useless bunch after all, they did say they are going to fight for Gold and they did it in style, hopefully this will get read of their inferiority complex where they always have to block non whites because they are scared they could be better, but I geuss that is what a competition is, reject anything better that those one considers their enemy out of fear. Well back to grinding reality, just hopefully they have lost a little of their inferiority complex. Great games.

"Leonardo da Vinci: was he a genius" this could be very well a small headline in a scientific magazine in a newly prosperous country that is not part of the West. The article would imply was he a genius, or merely a white man who had time to think and his thinking was mediocre, what is so fascinating about Mona Lisa, as for his contemporaries like Michelangelo,what is so fascinating about the statue of David, anything. This of course would be hurtful to whites, but it would be exactly what whites have done for the last 400 years to other races and in academia are still doing with greatest devoutness of the last 200 years, to minimize the contribution of others, soon their contribution will be questioned by others, and the funny thing is it would all be because of politics.

As the Western white world continues in its desires to lie and say all thought comes from them, others have seen this nonsense and know it for the lie that it is. Everyone knows that if a white westerner does not discover it, intense jealousy will eat them inside, soon other will rewrite history and claim all came from them, nobody can begrudge them, as the white westerner desires to be quoted even if they have never made a contribution to a subject matter, they desire one to lie and say the idea actually was started by a white westerner or of course in their world they will steal it and make as if it comes from them, because they have lied to themselves and think all original knowledge can only be recognized if it comes from them.

Google's battle for example with the Chinese where the US government has stepped in to defend them, no less than President Obama himself has stood up to defend these most evil of people, because according to Obama, China must make way for white global interests and therefore China must put its own interests and survival on the sideline for white interest to make a profit. Google the very symbol of all knowledge originates from a white if not we will take it and ram it down your throat that it comes from a white mind. And there is the black president running to their side, because he knows that is the attitude he must take to be able to appeal to liberals.

Leornardo da Vinci was brilliant, but the way the world works, the way the western world operates is it prudent for an African, Chinese, Indian or Cambodian to acknowledge that, maybe not, that is the reality of this world, maybe not a prudent idea to acknowledge it, but the statue of David, there are thousands of better statues, in China one finds an entire army of statues, each with a different face, the statue of David is mere child's play.

South Africa Courting with Destruction

South Africa is courting with destruction, the youth league of the ruling party and the trade unions are discussing whole scale nationalization in the economy, particularly the mines. Nationalization does not work, it never has, it works only for a few at the top, for the rest, it will be a disaster. The ANC youth league and the Congress of South African Trade Unions though coming from a sympathetic stand, black empowerment to them only benefited a few, but that is because of policy that some blacks where better than other blacks, the elitist mentality of the Mbeki administration.

Who will run these nationalized industries, who will the be accountable to, certainly not the people but to a ruling party. Why stifle the most vibrant part of the economy.

In reality the only way is to allow people to be, reduce the government, meaning nationalization is a no no. Allow people to be means encourage people to own mines, to start up business, the government in any society can not deliver goods efficiently, there will be way too much bureaucracy, people with connections run government business, not people with the best skills, is this what the ANC youth league wants. Do not ask for evil or you will get it.

South Africa like Zimbabwe, Kenya are countries that should be way out there at levels of living certainly higher than Portugal or Greece, but they keep toying with things that do not work now in South Africa they are debating whether or not to kill themselves. Choose life,, envy always leads one to make disastrous choices, even when at times that very envy is a result of government interference. True the Mbeki administration put good policies, transfer assets to blacks, but then he started qualifying what kind of black, one had to have connections with his administration, and only a few ended up as entrepreneurs. Apartheid treated all blacks alike, all of a sudden Mbeki said a black who was a gardener does not deserve to own a share in a mine compared to the black who got a degree. What is the difference, since when was a degree a measure of business acumen, suddenly blacks with a degree felt they where more entitled to assets created by whites than those who did not. That is where the whole mess started. Business is about chance not an academic qualification.

Get rid of the elitist mentality, get rid of the government and let people put their money and risk. Don’t be envious of those who got, no matter how corrupt, demand an opportunity for everybody, that means less government, but Africa seems to never learn, they can see the wonders taking place in China because of less government, but Africans demand more government, why? First Kenya was destroyed because of this mentality, then Zimbabwe, now South Africa is about to take the same disastrous road.

A revolution can not be continuous, South Africa should have taken the land it needs, the policies it needs in 1994, then some sense of stability takes place, but when a revolution is continuous, then one is courting with disaster because nobody knows what to expect tomorrow. Finish the revolution now and get on with building the society, continuous revolutions finally wear out people, look at Zimbabwe, when the role finishes for the revolutionaries, let the builders build the society, let the people build, let them use their knowledge, get out of their way. Nationalization is a no no, especially the mines, don’t kill the society, you think you are punishing whites, but it is the people who will end up suffering. No doubt all over the world whites do not like blacks, they are fighting some racial war, it is how they are, especially those with a Western Mentality but, South Africa needs to become powerful and be a player, Mbeki refused to free the economy, The Youth League refuses, there is 24% unemployment in South Africa just after a commodity boom, maybe the minerals will not ensure employment, maybe freeing the economy will ensure a 5% unemployment, keep the government out.

Greece and the biggest Hoax Ever

Let us say wear 12 guys and we make a deal. We agree that what we make , we do not spend more than ,3% of the total. Then one of us borrows 10% and another 13%, we as a group will say bullshit immediatly, that is not the agreement you will endanger us all. Greece has done just that and nobody said word until today. Today it is a crises, it does not make sense, why did the EU not stop it 10 years ago, because this is what they wanted, a crises when only those who where bailed out have money, i.e Goldman Sachs, Barclays etc. The share prices will fall further and they get to buy because the likes of their stooges, Obama, Bush, Brown, Blair have done the job for their masters.

A crises like Greece that could have been stopes 10 years ago is allowed to play. You will never see such evil again, children of evil. The EU rules are there for everybody to see, why was Greece, Portugal and Italy allowed to break them, solely to give power to the masters of Bush, Blair, Obama , Brown and the chancellors of Germany the opportunity to buy cheap in a crises.

Chaotic Times

US real unemployment at 17 - 19%, US debt at staggering levels and we have a Europe that might see some countries default on their debt. This are indeed interesting times. More interesting are those running to the US dollar as a safe haven, whilst others are considering downgrading US bonds. Smart people already know the US currency is not the safe haven it once was, not after Bush and Obama gave first to their masters.

Masters, too hard, not really think about it. The leading economy in the world is in trouble, real trouble, business needs liquidity, they pour money to the banks not directly to business. The banks don't lend money because balance sheets of small to medium sized business are not great, then Obama says why are they not lending money to business. Well he never should have gave those banks tthat money, it should have gone to business that needed it, like general motors like the smaller businesses to get people employed.

Today because Obama refused to change the politics of the leading economy 1 in 8 Americans rely on food banks, 1 in 5 children rely on food banks, all because money went to banks not to business. Well there is the end result of being answerable to Goldman Sachs instead of the electorate, Obama is no different than Bush.

I recently received an email from the KOF institute based in Switserland about their globalization index, you can visit their website here, KOF Index of Globalization.

It is a fairly useful index on globalization and globalization trends. If you go to their website you will see that their overall index, the KOF index on globalization is made of three minor indexes, political, economic, and social index on globalization.

For progression globalization is a must for humanity, but on a personal note I still believe it can be done without people losing their group cultures and eights to be as individuals.

I believe what KOF is doing is a very worthwhile endeavor, such an index can show where societies are doing well to help the inevitable progress of globalization, and where societies are failing. Therefore countries at the bottom of the index like Turkmenistan, Sierra Leone, Bangladesh, and the Central African Republic can look at the index and use it as a guide on how to improve their global integration process. And those countries at the top of the index like Belgium, Canada and Portugal believe it or not, can see ways of expanding their globalization efforts.

A great index, there is one problem, one fundamental flaw, and that is the social index. It ranks countries like Canada and Sweden at the very top, it is misleading. Having immigrants and being polite means something but not enough. The question is does one admit that this person with a different social background, from a different race, a different culture, does Canada and Sweden, indeed the top ranked country Belgium, does it accept that the 2 + 2 = 4 is the same as the 2 + 2 = 4 from somebody who was taught in either Belgium, Sweden, or Canada. I doubt it, if their minds and thinking capability are questioned in reality, though in propaganda their thinking is supposedly "accepted" then one can not talk of social globalization, it would be highly misleading, I would go as far as calling it a lie, call a spade a spade.

Think about it, if you refuse that 2 + 2 = 4 from somebody trained in Asia, Middle East, or Africa is not as good as 2 + 2 = 4 from somebody trained in Switzerland or Canada you can not ever say there is social acceptance, how, their minds by practice are inferior.

I honestly feel honored by KOF foundation sending me their index, but I'm sure they will not be hurt by some constructive criticism of one part of their work. I totally agree with their political and economic indexes but not the social index, the social index must include acceptance of knowledge if it is correct no after where it is from. You can not tell me a doctor from Poland, Romania, Kenya, or Iran is equal to a carpenter in terms of mind power or mind training in Canada, Belgium, USA or Sweden when they are all using the same textbooks at their respective universities.

I say mind training because I am sure all minds are basically the same, a carpenter in Sweden could have been a doctor if they wanted to but in their youth they had other desires.

Knowledge is the key to a more meaningful globalization process, at the least the acceptance of knowledge.

Change of Direction Now for Haiti

100 000 people dead, what can one say but send their sorrow out and not wish this earthquark disaster on anybody.

However looking from another perspective, Haiti and Haitians need to think to themselves, we have nothing, we can not even feed ourselves when such a disaster occurs, we look for handouts from the world, our capital city is completely destroyed we have to start again.

But we must start again on a winning path. Haiti can be rebuilt, but the direction rests on the Haitians and government of Haiti. Haiti can go back to the same old same old, the Haiti that was there before the quark, nothing worthy of admiration, everybody who could get out got out, or Haiti can say 'wait a minute, we can do something better than what we had, what we had was garbage, absolutely nothing to be proud of'.

Admitting there was nothing but people before the earthquark, will allow Haiti to build something much better. Follow the laws of knowledge and a wonderful place will be built. Disregard the laws of knowledge and Haiti will be as before, following the path of loss and loss will gladly accept them.

The government must say only the people can build a New Haiti, they must be allowed to do so, free the market and they will use their knowledge to build a new Haiti worthy of admiration not the nonsense that was there before the quark. As anybody can sell an orange, then anybody should be allowed to own a radio station, a cellphone company, a television station, a dairy plant. Haiti makes nothing, people should be allowed to purchase from anywhere on this earth what they want.

Haiti does not have diamonds or gold, they should let anybody sell diamonds and gold in Haiti, have a gold and diamond exchange. Haiti does not make cars, cars should come in from any place on earth without duties as there is no local industry to protect. Let the people be and Haiti will be something, prevent the people and Haiti will be the nothing it was before the quark, that is the reality of this world.

Discussing Haiti, a friend of mine pointed out the French made tons of money from plantations in Haiti, what is wrong with the Haitians today, its no longer slavery, soils are fertile, get on with the job, but it is all upto Haiti what they are going to do, it is at a crossroads, and the earthquark disaster might just have opened a better path as eyes are now wide open. The time is now, two years down the road, and theold ways will stick, the old ways of loss.

Freeing the people and all the good things will follow, education, the more it picks up the more people will demand edcation, healthcare can only be afforded if someone pays for it, no economy no healthcare except a clinic here and there run by the UN, all these things follow from having a sound economy.

Africa and China Need Comprehensive Trade Agreement

It is time that China and Africa reach a comprehensible, if not that a significant trade agreement. In the last five years China has made significant strides to enter Africa to exploit Africa's mineral wealth. That in itself is not a bad thing, Africa's minerals have flowed to China and more Chinese goods have flowed to Africa. China needs these minerals for its successful planned growth of 8 - 10% per annum.

However much more can come from this relationship. Africa needs to get from China what it failed to get from the West, a significant trade agreement. In return Africa needs also to be able to export to China unfettered its agricultural produce. This will employ millions of Africans, uplifting many households who in turn will purchase more Chinese goods, it will be a win win solution. The land is there in Africa, the farmers are there, with proper organization the yields will be there. Free the market between the two great societies of Africa and China and the will of the Africans will be there is there will be an avenue for them to make a living, build it and they will come so to say. This will create a harmonious relationship of growth and prosperity for over 2 billion people.

There are two valid reasons for trade, the first is the one mentioned above, obviously economics. Two people or societies make an exchange in order to both gain in material terms, the more they gain from each other the cycle will lead to greater gain for both as the trade continues and the two societies concentrate on what they are doing, that is to say specialize.

The second reason overlooked by most is the political gain. Trade leads to better political relations as both societies will cringe at the thought of loss if they do not respect each other. When two societies have trade agreements they are essentially acknowledging each other as worthy human beings. Refusing to trade means one essentially wants to keep the other down. That, through colonial past and the present the West refused to open up their markets to Africa is a sign that they never acknowledged Africans as worthy, because they wanted to make it look like they are helping Africa not equal as human beings, sad but the reality of this world, they prefer aide not trade with Africa except for minerals only because they do not have those minerals.

Africa and China must not make the mistakes of the past, this exploitation of minerals should be the foundation of better things to come, agricultural produce from Africa must be allowed to flow unhindered to China, keeping food prices stable and ensuring ultimately that more Chinese goods flow to Africa. The Africans must organize their agricultural industries and besides organization, the government must stay out of it and let individual farmers make their own choices make their own profits and losses. It is the private sector that has given China and India spectacular growth, it can only be the same in Africa, stop trying to control peoples thoughts and actions too much.

It is foolish and morally debasing for African leaders not to give the African a chance, Dubai must buy food farmed by Africans for example not rent land in Tanzania or Madagascar and the African in Africa stands aside and watches when he should be doing the job and selling the produce. It is time to grow up.

The West has refused for the last fifty years for any meaningful trade arrangement with Africa, (I have no clue why, you would have to ask those who rule the place), it is never going to happen, it is no longer needed, the image they need to keep is a diseased ridden place, but they never catch those diseases whilst mining. The time was yesterday for a meaningful trade arrangement with China, acknowledge each other as human beings.

We Are Our Thoughts (Part 1)

It has been known that we are our thoughts, we are literally what we think of ourselves. We are what we conform to. This might possibly be the most important concept to understand.

When one reads the ancient Chinese text "Tao Te Ching" by Lao Tzu, in paragraph/ section 23 he says "a man of the way conforms to the way; a man of virtue conforms to virtue; a man of loss conforms to loss. He who conforms to the way is gladly accepted by the way; he who conforms to virtue is gladly accepted by virtue; he who conforms to loss is gladly accepted by loss
When there is not enough faith, there is lack of good faith."

When there is not enough faith, there is lack of good faith, if one does not believe it is all in the mind then that same mind will wreak havoc. If a society believes it needs another society for its survival then that society can not progress as it is conforming to the behavior of master and dependent syndrome, leaders of that society will gladly sell for short that societies resources. We conform to what we believe of ourselves in our heads.

Take knowledge as an example, it is there for everybody, however if one believes they cannot get that knowledge then they definitely are conforming to loss, loss will gladly welcome that society, poverty, hunger, unemployment, and lack of self esteem will eat away at that society.

We as humans all have different talents, the idea is to focus on our talents, there are those who fear they will be displaced because they have lied and said knowledge can only come from them and psychologically want other societies to conform to loss and be gladly accepted by loss whilst they plunder the world.

A society that believes in theft will lead to a situations that we see in less developed countries, where there is plain theft without replenishment, instead of just stealing the golden egg like what the elite does in the more economically developed countries, the elite in the less developed countries actually kill the goose that lays the golden egg, good examples are Burma, Zimbabwe, Nigeria, Yemen, North Korea, and sadly now Iran, these societies conform to theft because that is what the elite does. And Lao Tzu has a lot to say about them.

"The great way is easy, yet people prefer by - paths.
The court is corrupt"
The corrupt court of course is referring to the government and those around the government, these being the elite.

The granaries are empty"
Zimbabwe is a brilliant example of what happens when the court is corrupt, the fields are overgrown with weeds, and the granaries are empty. Did this need to be so, for a country that was once on it's way to join middle income societies. From a noble cause the fight for independence and access to land for blacks to people having ten farms. Zimbabwe's fight for independence was a noble cause, a struggle that lost it's way one can guess. Just as Iran's struggle against the American backed thief who called himself the Shah was a noble struggle, Iran should be a country at the forefront of human knowledge development, they should and deserve peaceful space program, electronic program, genetic program, but a suppressed people always fight, this should not be so.

"yet there are those dressed in fineries,
With swords at their sides,
Filled with food and drink
And possessed of too much wealth
This is known as taking the lead in robbery
Far indeed is this from the way."

The elite in the economically less developed countries take the lead in robbery that is why in most instances those societies are where they are. Those who believe in open looting conform to that way they cannot at the same time lead people down a path that respects knowledge. Be sure they are corrupt in the more developed countries, Goldman Sachs and Co receiving tax payers money to the tune of a trillion dollars, but they merely steal the eggs rather than killing the goose to get the unhatched eggs. Yes Goldman Saachs and co take the lead in robbery but they make sure tomorrow there is more to steal, let knowledge operate in a way to allow some for tomorrow.

It is time for less developed countries to conform to gain, there is enough in the world with increasing knowledge for 12 billion people without any further encroachment into wildlife, do not listen to crazies who put limits onto human potential, they are genuinely evil of the first order, their children are innocent yours deserve to die. What is still to be known is vast, mistakes to be corrected are vast we have not even begun to fully tap into the potentials of the mind, the more we take/ know, the more we realize we are just at the beginning of the knowledge journey. We as the world must conform to gain and gain will gladly accept us all, we are our thoughts, we just need to see the simple and open our minds.

Watching John Lui on "Earth Report" wonderful documentary from the BBC about the reforestation of huge parts of China and Ethiopia, if the mind wants to, if we envision it, it shall be done, we can reverse ecological damage if we want to, we have the knowledge or we will get the knowledge, necessity is after all the mother of invention. There is enough on this earth to double population if we open our minds and focus on the positive.

Beyond Knowledge

Knowledge economics is a discipline of economics, it deals with understanding knowledge as a resource, and in reality, in the material realm deals with knowledge for what it is, the primary resource.

Knowledge being the primary resource, knowledge coming from human beings, (the unknown can never be knowledge), it follows that the creator of the primary resource is a human being, the catalyst and tool for creating knowledge is therefore the human mind. That one see's goods in shops of many varieties is because of human beings and the skills that have been horned over the centuries and millennia. This has been known for a long time by honest philosophers who actually cared about humanity.

The Tao Te Ching was written by Lao Tzu in 400 BC, in it he states that "the more skills the people have, the further novelties multiply". With more skills in the world there are so many goods one can spend their hard earned money on, many varieties of cell phones, cars, televisions, screws, screw drivers, wines, clothes, video games, there are a lot of novelties, all brought about by people having more skills. Lao Tzu knew this around 2 500 years ago, yet today and in the last 400 years there are those who claim they are the custodians of knowledge, those are merely enemies of humanity.

No matter how important knowledge economics is, it is neither the beginning or the end of life, but don't kid yourself it is an important part of life.
Knowledge economics does not deal with morality as a discipline and no economics should ever deal with the question of morality. Economics to mature should deal with the phenomenon of what happens if this and that takes place be this or that moral or immoral. Once the question of morality enters one can no longer be objective.

However, if one takes a moral path the economy and the people will prosper. A society that respects and guarantees simple freedoms for the individual, and where individuals know their duties to society, it must be remembered that an individual exists in a society, the society will be generally be weaker if income inequalities are too large, it will lead to social disturbances, one see this for themselves in Africa, Latin America, and many parts of Asia and the Middle East, the rich and poor gap is just too wide.

This of course does not absolve the richer countries who are in many respects are just as immoral and in many instances even worse as they get the resources for their survival from these poor countries where they pay far less for labor for the same mineral, support these regimes for cheap oil, gold, iron, rubber, chrome, the list is endless.

Knowledge is there for everybody’s taking, the principle is so simple, yet people seem or rather choose to be blind to serve their own interests. Again we learn from Lao Tzu, "understanding the ordinary: enlightenment. Not understanding the ordinary: blindness creates evil. Understanding the ordinary: mind opens. Mind opening leads to compassion, compassion to nobility, nobility to heavenliness. "

A better but more difficult translation for the last part of the above quote would read ,"But should one act from knowledge of the constant one's actions will lead to impartiality, impartiality to kingliness, kingliness to heaven." The above translations are of passage 16 of the Tao Te Ching.

What is the ordinary, what is this constant. The ordinary is that we are all just humans, it is a constant in this case that just as an oxygen atom must behave the same in Mali as in China, Russia, USA, or Germany. Therefore a brain is just a brain, be it in Chad, Ecuador, South Korea, or North Korea. That is just the ordinary, we are after all just humans, just understanding the ordinary will bring enlightenment. People however look for complicated things when it is simply understanding the ordinary is what they need.

Not understanding the ordinary leads to blindness that in turn leads to evil. When one thinks simply because they are a certain race that alone guarantees their superiority is blindness that has led them to become the purest evil, because their evil is a result of them refusing to accept the ordinary that we are all just humans. Now has all these evil people spreading lies to say knowledge comes through them only to justify their robbery and theft of the world, of course it is easier if they control the media and other forms of propaganda.

Now understanding the ordinary leads to an open mind. Understanding that we are just human beings will lead to an open mind. Those societies being attacked by those societies that cannot accept will suffer until they accept the ordinary, a simple constant that we are all just human beings, otherwise if Mali continues to listen to French and white Canadian propaganda and refuse the ordinary they will remain poor, the same for Bolivia, Zimbabwe, Yemen, Nepal, Burma, we are all just humans, that is the ordinary, what one human can do another can do it.
An open mind will lead to compassion, do not ever expect compassion from one who says they are better than you, you cannot expect compassion from the West if you are an African, whatever they do there is an ulterior motive, they have said they are superior, they cannot open the minds, they cannot have compassion, some individual westerners with open minds might have compassion, but not the society nor the government, the aide has ulterior motives, because if less developed countries accepted the ordinary that they are just humans and can do what other humans can do they would help themselves, but one has massive propaganda about the likes of better minds buy where these better minds from Oxford and Cambridge when the British auto industry disappeared, or the British aerospace industry, people should not be fooled by the hype, but one cannot have an open mind without first accepting the ordinary, and one will definitely not have compassion without an open mind, with a closed mind one believes in a manifest destiny, the same person cannot at the same time have compassion.

So one can see that there is more to knowledge, morals definitely have a place in society, all the knowledge will not save a society that basically has no moral code, all members of a society need to be protected, a society of say Zulu's needs to ensure that all Zulu's are protected the rich and the poor because the rich are protected by the poor who buy their goods and the poor by the rich who ensure they have jobs. If rich Zulu's started giving jobs to others they in turn should not expect the poor to be with them in times of peril and that Zulu society will just crumble. It is just an example.

A moral society firsts and foremost allows its citizens, those under its protection, to exist and find a living to the best of their abilities, this can only be done by reducing government interference. For any serious believer in freedom, it would be worthwhile to read a paper by one Murray N. Rothbard entitled "Concept of the Role of Intellectuals in Social Change Towards Laissez Faire". It is a good and insightful paper. In the paper Rothbard shows the history of freedom thought on how to make a successful and more happy society, "The first libertarian intellectual was Lao-tzu, the founder of Taoism" (Rothbard). Rothbard also makes the following point regarding a successor of Lao Tzu:

"Chuang-tzu reiterated and embellished Lao-tzu's devotion to laissez faire and
opposition to state rule: "There has been such a thing as letting mankind alone;
there has never been such a thing as governing mankind [with success]." In fact,
the world simply "does not need governing; in fact it should not be governed."
Chuang-tzu was also the first to work out the idea of "spontaneous order,"
developed particularly by Proudhon in the nineteenth and by F. A. Hayek of the
Austrian School in the twentieth Century: "Good order results spontaneously when
things are let alone.""

Note that Rothbard admits that the white humans only understood this concept almost two and a half millennia after the Chinese, Hayek one of the greatest only understood the concept only recently in comparison, but most whites would act as if the idea came from them not an individual from China millennia ago.

Morals and morality go a long way to improving the lot of a people, probably a major foundation in building a society with a strong economy, it is more than just knowledge, it goes way beyond knowledge, but knowledge might not be the foundation but it is a cornerstone.

Destruction of The Mind

The power of the mind can and should never be under estimated. In the book "the Demon's Sermon on the Martial Arts", Chozanshi makes a good point, ""Another saying has it, 'Surrounded by tens of thousands of the enemy, your form may be pummeled into small pieces, but the mind is still yours. Even the greatest opponent can do nothing about that.' Confucius said, 'Even an ordinary man cannot be robbed of his will.' But when you are confused, that very mind will become an assistant to your opponent..."

The mind is what one always firsts attack, to destroy its capabilities, an enemy will always start by intimidation, you are not as good as us, we are the only thinkers, only our thoughts matter, all knowledge comes from us, you can not have progress without us helping you, give us all you have as you have no use for it and we do, the opponent will always attack the mind first, de humanizing one.

An opponent will always use different mind tricks some subtle others not so subtle. When he really can't keep his hatred to him herself even though pretending he likes you and the pretense wears off he will spit like the young Canadian diplomat spat at an officer and journalist in Tanzania. This is a young men so the idea that things change is sheer nonsense. Canadian whites want minerals in Africa the inconvenience is that there are blacks there, now they have to pretend to like blacks, but the young men could not hold his hatred any longer, in experience on his part. Therefore whilst hating black Tanzanians they, and using their own mind against them, telling Tanzanians that they are the best miners and Tanzania needs white Canadian expertise it can not be done without them, they deeply despise blacks and feel somehow superior, the confused minds in Africa slowly becoming free believe to a large part this nonsense and Canadian media calls those who believe whites are superior pragmatic people, people of good sense as they will do business, even at a great cost to their own communities, all these pragmatic leaders have not moved Africa one step forward, but western mining and energy stocks have made definitely more than a trillion, maybe it is time to do business the proper way with societies who do not believe they are superior, being pragmatic with these superiors is costly, maybe white Canadians should mine in England with their equals whom they will never dare spit at.

They are trying to use our own minds against us in order to exploit then they have a fund raiser at their churches and raise 2 000 dollars for a clean well and school whilst Corporation X has just made of with 2 billion worth of minerals. Paying an African 50 cents to mine gold whilst paying a Canadian miner 50 dollars to mine the same gold, then they scream look how poor the African is, using the Africans own mind to confuse, do not dare tell me Canadian gold is better somehow than African gold, true whites think that 2 +2 =4 is better and more true from a white men but do not fool me and tell me Canadian gold is better than African, Brazilian or Indonesian gold, has racism made their heads so crazy.

Oh Africans are poor well if they got a fair wage for the minerals they dig with the multiplier effect they would not be so poor, but a fair prize brings fear and loathing, maybe the Canadian diplomat was right, spit on us we are fools.

BBC, Timbuktu, Leaves One Confused.

Sometimes you have to wonder why somebody decides to be nice after kicking you in the head for no reason, why say the truth after that. Recently whilst watching BBC a program on the lost/ found manuscripts of Timbuktu on how these where a treasure having a university before Oxford it got me thinking. After hundreds of years of raping the continent of Africa and the people physically and mentally they now start praising it and acknowledging its past why?

Yes it is true that Timbuktu had all this knowledge, but whites spent centuries riddling it 'Timbuktu the end of the world' mentally denying it as of no worth. That they studied medicine, astronomy, and science before them they could not accept, because to them, then and today they need to perpetuate the myth that knowledge can only come from a white men, not an Indian, a Chinese, an Arab, God forbid a black man, the African. Now all of a sudden admitting something like Timbuktu one can fall of their chair. What the hell do they want. Only recently have they started openly acknowledging China and India, they want something, and usually with whites it is money. They openly now admit China had military technology like crossbows, flamethrowers, long before them, they want money from China. After deriding India for centuries as coolies they admit now a lot of calculus came from India, Indians are now considered smart, what do they want from India, money and an ally against China who they want money from but fear the yellow menace.

So what do they want with Africa admitting that maybe Africans are not savages, they want money and keep Africa from being friends with China and India. Once Africa sorts out this mess created by the whitemen the whitemen will say we where always your brother, but why steal our work today in the present because it's not time to be a blackmen's brother, the mind of the purest evil.

They even dig the graves of blacks, like they dug up Mzilikazi's grave took his brass armband and say it was made by Phoenician's. No it was made by Zulu's, that is why it was his armband. Do not take to heart these people you will end up confused, it is because they want to claim to be masters of knowledge now Africa is confused you do not need a white Canadian's "expertise" to create your own wealth, A is A all over the world an atom is an atom all over the world, wake up.

The management experts from the best universities in the world Yale, Harvard, oxford, Cambridge should have been busy fixing the disappeared British auto, aero, shipping industry and Canadian innovation and American car industry, looks if according to performance not propaganda that it would be better to go to Tokyo, Beijing, Seoul for management, economics and engineering before they even think of Toronto or Cambridge and Oxford, just propaganda to fool anybody who believes it, Africa as China and Japan have showed must stop believing the hype that to be knowledgeable is to be trained by a white or somebody white inside, an atom is an atom all over the world no matter how much the white elite likes to say otherwise.

They want people to believe that they must get their approval to be human and to think, nonsense the world was thriving before they went out to destroy it, it can always thrive without them again. They must prove to be worthy of the worlds trust, they must prove that they are moral, they must prove to be worthy, not the rest of the world, how do you trust somebody who wiped out an entire race, where are the native Americans, knowledge is there for all of us not just them.

An economy is a function of allowing people to do, to use their knowledge to make a living as best as they can, nothing to do with a white approving a people. The idea in a competition is to say your competitor as below human, close to a monkey and deny they are capable of thinking then turn around and say you are superior, just as the whitemen has done if you believe it you will die as a society, if your leaders believe it, then it is already over.

Do not read Plato, you will get more out of the Bible particularly Proverbs, Ecclesiastes and the New Testament in terms of morality than, Plato, Kant, Locke, Hume, Malthus, they have some good thoughts but for the most part they are like ten your olds consumed by alcohol. Read somebody like Lao Tzu and take to heart when he said running a country is like cooking a small fish, do not over do it, meaning it will burn. Let the people be free and they will do wonders not this nonsense a white must teach you or approve of you or your society, afterall they are not the children of heaven.
